The hotel sauna was great!!! I just needed to tell the hotel staff an hour before I wanted it and I was able to stay in the sauna area for an hour.

The staff were really nice and polite. It was very good value for my money- paid 65 quid for an evening meal and breakfast. Was visiting Copenhagen and stayed in Malmo the night I arrived and left the next day for sightseeing. The room, although smaller than the usual rooms I've stayed in, was very well designed and so I had everything I needed. They've got Rituals products in their bathroom, which is nice. It's not too far from the central station either- a 10-15 min walk. I think taking feedback from some folks here that rooms were very warm, they also have a standing far included in the room- I didn't have to use it though.

The breakfast buffet was extremely good. There was enough closet space and even an ironing board was provided in the room. The location was very good, and the parking garage just around the corner.

We got a free upgrade to our stay. There was a choice of a room with double bed or 2 separate beds right as we arrived. Check in was fast and easy. The room was spatious, with a desk, 2 armchairs, a safe, kettle, hairdryer, tea/coffee, mini bar for extra cost. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The highest level of what anyone can expect from a hotel. Free breakfast was amazing. Tasty, filling, with various dietary options if needed. It being included in the cost is even more incredible. The building looks very nice, has some windy corridors, which adds to the atmosphere. But it doesn't feel old at all, even though it probably is. The location is very nice. 15 mins from the train station, right in the city center pretty much.

Great hotel, very nice library, breakfast hall, nice staff, very friendly. Convenient parking garage (at extra cost), very nice room, very nice view, very good breakfast. The staff were friendly with my son, and generally helpful. Did answer quickly to questions/messages. Welcomed us late at night.
