From the moment we arrived at the reception to the comfort of our room, everything in this hotel was perfect. We were welcomed with a warm smile at the front desk and had the feeling that we were the only guests in the entire hotel. The view from our window was absolutely breathtaking—we didn’t even feel the need to turn on the TV. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained. I was especially pleased with the selection of cosmetics provided in the room—it truly reflected the great respect and care shown to the guests. We also attended a concert on the first floor in the concert hall, which was a wonderful experience. And the restaurant deserves special praise—fantastic food and truly amazing people working there. Even though the hotel was quite busy, the level of service made us feel as if we were the only guests and the whole world revolved around us. The live acoustic music in the lobby and the perfectly selected playlist created a magical atmosphere. The accommodation was wonderful and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was simply incredible. Thank you very much, and I wish you continued success.

We keep coming back to this very good value hotel in the heart of Malmo and near the station. Perfect location to fly out from Copenhagen, but it's worth a visit on its own merit. People are superfriendly and helpful. Great breakfast and all you need in the room. Lots of eateries nearby, but the accomodation also serves good value meals.

I wasn't expecting much, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, building with the history, cosiest common areas, very good room, the nicest staff, delicious food, reasonable price for the stay. Thank you for upgrading our room, it was really appreciated. It was very quiet, well ventilated, beautifully decorated. You could turn on heating of bathroom floor if needed. Future guests, pay attention to the amazing lobby with nice music and stylish lightning. The motto of the hotel is "Home until you're home" and that is so true! I wish I could stay more. The guests are taken good care of. Sauna is included and fika 3-5 p.m is a very nice touch. Brownies are amazing!

We hadnt actually placed too much emphasis on Malmo for our holiday as it was a final 'placeholder' night before flying out from Copenhagen airport. But we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. the hotel was well located to the vibrant squares with plenty to eat and drink and see. the rooms were large and well appointed.

Probably one of the best hotels ive ever stayed at! The whole hotel is aiece of art. The attention to detail was crazy! From the E logos on the carpets to the paintings in the lobby! The staff was delightful, the rooms spacious and the breakfast fresh and large! Fully recommend
