Clean, cozy, well equiped. While it's not in a central location, we actually preferred it! The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and green, offering a peaceful retreat. We easily explored Malmö by renting bikes, which was a breeze as we could safely store them in the accommodation's yard. We really enjoyed our stay.
