Liked · The team of Maica, Cham, Yani and Mary are exceptional in their service. The hotel will whatsapp you in advance to prepare and in case you need any help they will respond very quickly to provide help you need. Even guide you to check in. Of course those who are not phone savvy may struggle with the digital key (yes you can use your phone to open the door, which saves the trouble of bringing your card out), they have backup methods to open the door.

Absolutely phenomenal location as it is in the centre of Chinatown. Walkable to Lau Pa Sat, Maxwell Centre and just opposite the Chinatown Street Market. It is close to the Chinatown MRT and buses to Gardens by the Bay. If you're having trouble checking in, no need to worry as the staff Yani, Maica and Mary were all ready to assist. I was a little apprehensive about checking in without staff initially but a quick message made everything to much easier. A quick response was provided and Mary was available to assist in person in less than 60 seconds - fantastic customer service! Mary was also onsite to assist with the laundry facilities which was great. In terms of facilities, I was impressed by how the air con and the dehumidifier was already turned on before check in so being able to walk into a cool room was excellent. Unlike other hotels, lots of coat hangers were provided as well as a full sized fridge and freezer and good quality tissues and toilet paper. Overall, dedicated and friendly staff, easy to find, great location and fantastic amenities provided.
