An absolute dream of a boutique hotel! Gorgeous minimal design, everything thought out, excellent wifi and a bathroom the size of most living rooms. Add to that an excellent staff with lightning responses to all messages and you have a wonderful spot! Can't wait to return!

The host couldn't have been nicer and more welcoming really look after their guests The breakfasts were amazing don't skip on them. I didn't get though all the options sadly but everything I had was exceptional and so filling. If only I could have packed them for the rest of my travels.

This is my fourth or fifth stay at Sri Ayutthaya Guesthouse, and it was as wonderful as ever - maybe even better, with the addition of a water kettle in the room. Also, the delightful owner, Jay, advised me that they will refill water bottles, something I wish all guesthouses did. Great location. Spacious. Clean and comfortable. Awesome host that provided a lot of local insight on restaurants and entertainment. Host replied promptly to questions and was always courteous and willing to help arrange plans if need be.
