Located in the best part of Sunrise beach where it was quiet and the sand was at its softest. Great and personalized service. Everyone who works there does the best to make you feel special. Breakfast is great, a la carte and you can repeat anything. The room was beautiful, with a view, your own router, complimentary water. We have dinner a few times in the restaurant and everything was yummy.

Great hotel to enjoy Koh Lipe, very convenient location close to the walking street, restaurants and Taxi bikes. The beach in front of the hotel dont have any boat parked so you can enjoy the nice view and quiet from the pool or the beach restaurant. They have a few pools so they are all quiet and not too crowded. Also the room and facility is clean and well maintained.

Owner is really nice and helps you with everything! Hostel is super clean. Location was amazing, near by walkingstreet but not noisy!! Only thing that could improve is making the common area welcome to non smokers as well. A part where people can’t smoke would be amazing, since it is very unhealthy to inhale.

The breakfasts were delicious, the beach is charming and beautiful, and the villa was simply wonderful. We stayed for two nights in a Tree Pool Villa. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed, and feel luxurious. There’s a bathtub with a view outside, and of course, a private pool for a truly relaxing experience. ‏We asked to move to a villa with more privacy — if privacy is important to you, it’s recommended to request it in advance. staff was very kind and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel has an amazing private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a pool right next to the beach. The hotel offers a shuttle service several times a day to Walking Street. You can also order breakfast to your room and have it served on a floating tray in your private pool — a wonderful upgrade to the experience, offered at no extra cost.
