One of the best places on this planet. I selfishly want to keep the secret of this place to ourselves, but I have to advise people to come and stay there. If you're coming to Lipe, this is the place to be. The bungalows are absolutely insane, you'll find everything you need. The restaurant is absolutely crazy. The chef is incredible and is always coming up with delicious ideas. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and ended up staying 10 days... just goes to show you how this place ticks all the boxes. You can chill out or go on an expedition to do whatever you want. The staff will take you to the most secret and incredible spots. Speaking of the staff.... I can't tell you how much we've fallen in love with the owners of HideAway. Two amazing people who made us feel at home. We wanted to stay forever... don't hesitate for a second to book this magical place. Believe me. Thank you again ❤️

Our family absolutely loved this resort on our favourite island Lipe. This resort is terrific for families. Super clean abd large rooms. Our kids loved the enormous pool, which was nice and warm. The resort is beach front and we enjoyed many sunsets, whilst the kids played in the sand and swam. The 'Walking Street' is just a few minutes away, so the location is perfect. The staff were lovely and helpful and our children loved seeing the towel art that housekeeping left them each day. House keeping were great and very generous with towels. This side of the island has a lovely ambience and is protected from stingers. We suggest walking along to the other side of the beach to Sanom Beach. It's stunning, quiet and has no stingers there. It also a great spot for snorkelling. The hotel staff meet you at then port, take your luggage and walk you to the hotel lobby. We recommend for families.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and loved every moment of it. The resort's backyard beach, located on Sunrise Beach, was stunning – a real highlight of our visit. Its location couldn't be more perfect. The breakfast was not only delicious but also set the right tone for the day. While the on-site restaurant offered great dining experiences, it was a bit pricey. However, for those looking for more budget-friendly yet equally delightful options, there are several restaurants within walking distance (just a quick Google search away). The staff were the epitome of hospitality – friendly, helpful, and incredibly respectful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this resort and have no complaints whatsoever. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Loved everything about this hotel it exceeded our expectations! Our room was gorgeous and big with a nice balcony, the staff were so friendly and helpful! It was our honeymoon and they decorated the bed lovely ! Breakfast was good pancakes were lovely! Coffee wasn’t great but not the worst either ! A shuttle motorbike is available from hotel when it is needed ! Only negative thing I can think of is that the drinks in the bar were over priced compared to other parts of the island but I suppose it is understandable giving the location ! Thank you for a nice stay

Tucked up in the mountains, it overlooked the beautiful Pattaya beach with the longboats. The hammock and balcony was unlike any other honestly. One of the best part was you were close enough to walking street but far enough for peace and quiet. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, remembering little things about you and invested in your stay. The room itself was spacious, large bathroom with hot shower and AC worked well. We would love to come back again.

WOW! This was beautiful! We booked very late (5 days before arrival) and got a beutiful appertement with a fair price. The appartement was not that close to the beach (10min walk, because the resort is very large) but up on the hill in our appartement we had a beautiful view over the sea. The stuff was friendly & helpful, the appartement very clean and the whole resort very well organized. We absolutely can recommend Sita Beach Resort!

Absolutely stunning resort right in front of the main beach in Koh Lipe. The rooms are little villas and they are very close to the shore. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the morning right in front of the sea. The hotel arranges the collection of the luggage when arriving on the island which is very nice!

This island has a lovely vibe!

This island has a lovely vibe! Everyone is chilled, no pushy vendors on the (white sand) beach! It’s very clean and has lots of bars and restaurants. Great snorkeling tours of the nearby islands with beautiful clear ocean and lots of fish to see.

I don't remember the city of Satun...

I don't remember the city of Satun... There is the Province of Satun. However, the city of Pak Bara is worth visiting, especially the waterfront and the nice (slightly crowded) cafes. The nearby "Mu Ko Phetra National Park" deserves special attention with a long jetty enabling a trip to the time of dinosaurs.

It's no different from other coastal small towns with ample delicious and affordable local eateries but better still as a transit point to better interesting Kok Lipe and other islands for much more adventurous vacations.

My partner for life / husband lost his wallet at Koh Lipe.

My partner for life / husband lost his wallet at Koh Lipe. We lodge a police report and hotel report. We hope to locate it. But seemed not possible ever. So be careful and keep your valuables safe. Overall Koh Lipe is a wonderful island. Visit it as life is short. Easy to get around the island, walking or by taxi. It's the first island I visited that I need to surrender my passport to immigration. Then I get my passport back on Koh Lipe Pattaya Beach. What a relief ! So clear the waters though the coral reef near the beach is not faring too well. Venture to waters further out and coral reefs thrive. Cheers to all travellers!

I was there on business heading to Langkawi so only one...

I was there on business heading to Langkawi so only one night then the ferry the next day. With transport there is a lot to see in Satun. A quiet little backwater coastal town that has a ferry to Langkawi. If I had time I would do more exploring. I ate at the local shops a donut and a coffee. Main meal at my room as I brought it with me in my car fridge. I did go to a excellent coffee shop before checking into my room. Satun is developing but in not way touristic, No crowds

A good place to relax and stop over before you go to Koh Lipe or Koh Adang. I would recommend Papaya Mom 2 Restaurant for delicious HALAL AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD. A visit by walking or jogging near the Mu Ko Phetra National Park during sunset was awesome and great view.

Ko Lipe is amazing, if you love the beach, this is your...

Ko Lipe is amazing, if you love the beach, this is your paradise. I suggest that you stay at an accommodation that is closer to north point beach, although Sunset beach is very good too. Do not stay on Pattaya beach, that is basically a hub for the non stop movement of Speedboats and Longtail boats all day long. The local Thai restaurants may not look amazing from the outside, but the food and atmosphere is amazing. Give them a try!

Good place to stay with your family on your vacation. Good eating place around the area such as: Papaya Mom, Rim Lay Kitchen & Restaurant, Nava Seafood, Bara Roti and few other restaurants. You can also go to Koh Lipe for the stay and some other water activities.

I travel to Pak Ba Ra very often. This is the hotel you spend less money while you get more comfortable. After I tried many different hotel, this is the best hotel which more comfortable with less price.
