I think the reception is really professional, it leaves us very impressive feelings, say hello, checking the price before paying, arrange the rooms, free parking service, everything is good. This is the first trip to Izmir. I love this city, even feel better than Istanbul. Next time if I come, I will choose this hotel again

Everything was clean. Central location, I got a better room than I actually booked with a double bed instead of single bed and bigger one.
It has a mini fridge where you can get a cold drink for an extra price or get your own to storage (small one)

Warm welcome, the family running the hotel are kind and friendly. Plenty of space in my room, everything was new, the big bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed. The hotel is located in a safe area, even at night. Just 5 minutes walk to the train and metro, and pleasant 15 minutes walk to downtown along a beautiful and well maintained park, perfect to enjoy the city life and calm at the same time.

Room was exactly as in the photo. Big family room with huge bath. Host Ufuk and staff Denis were very helpful. Parking was reserved, which was an added perk.
Staff always greeted us with a smile and went out of the way to help.
Would definitely visit again and would recommend stay with confidence to all.
