The staff were very customer focused, from parking your car to carrying your bags, walking you to your room, and checking the air-conditioning was set at your favored temperature. Every staff member we spoke with was always smiling and treated you like you were the most important person to them at that moment. The room was very spacious, could have easily been twice the size of many other hotel rooms.

The location is right next to the Train Station. It is truly for the backpacker. I met a varied and diverse set of people here. If only, I had more time to spend in Izmir. I know people who met here and combined plans and helped each other plan trips to each other's home countries. The location is amazing, the garden and the coop is truly a vibe. The kitchen is well equipped as well. The staff , the staff, the staff specifically the tall Kurdish Guy - sorry I forgot the name, was so kind to help me figure out transport and helped me in every way possible. Loved the people, vibe, location and the staff.
