Hotels in Basmane, Izmir

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful hotel, great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptionally kind staff. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our trip so special. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were amazing and very supportive, from the parking to the reception, the breakfast was amazing, I definitely recommend it

Everything was great, especially the receptionist Dilek hanım and the housekeeper Şenay hanım. They were very helpful during our stay and made our stay perfect.

The staff was super kind and helpful. Belkız from reception and Savaş, whenever we asked for help they did their best to help us. That was our first family trip and the hotel staff and hotel itself made it amazing! My parents were very happy about that stay. Location is also good cuz it’s like 10 minutes by walk from seaside and actually everything is around the hotel. So u can find whatever you want easily

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel, and we want to thank especially to the two gentlemans who work as doorman who helped us each day with whatever we needed.

It was clean room with desk for laptop. They turned on heating in nights when cold. They provided teabags, sugar and cold water for free. Good value for money.

Very comfortable bed delicious breakfast 5 stars bathrooms I was with my 4 kids and wife my family enjoyed we had 2 rooms all staff are very friendly highly recommend

Great location. New hotel with brilliant staff. Breakfast was included in the price and offered plenty of options. Free on-site parking.

We had an unexpected start to our trip as I broke my foot on the way from the airport. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, helpful, kind, and professional. They took care of our luggage, called a taxi to get us to the hospital, and even followed up when we realised my passport had been left behind there. The breakfast had a great variety of treats, and even after we checked out, they stored all our (many!) bags and helped us into a taxi when we came to collect them. Exceptional service during a tough time. Thank you!

Very kind staff and nice accommodation:)

I had a wonderful 2-night stay. The hotel offers spectacular views, and the staff were incredibly hospitable, warm, and welcoming. The location was excellent, with everything easily accessible, making it very convenient to explore the city. Overall, a lovely experience with great hospitality and a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!
