Baseinas (ypač 5 aukšte) yra TOBULAS su vaikais (labtosi ir iš pasai šiltas ir belaiptų, o su tolygiu nuolydžiu). 1003 balkonas buvo tobulas. Tai - ne tiesioginis vaizdas į vandenyną, bet nuolat pavėsis ir galima džiaugtis balkonu. Vandenynas puikiai matosi ir iš pastato šono.
