The staff are very friendly and respond to my queries promptly. Everyone is warm and accommodating—especially Ms. Gery, who booked our transportation from the hotel to Seattle Premium Outlets. Ms. Crystal is also a superb host. She was genuinely delighted to learn that we are Filipino travelers from Manila, and she even accompanied us to our room. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay. We love the hotel—it’s very clean, and the location is excellent. It’s very close to some of Seattle’s most famous tourist spots, making it easy to explore the city.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had an early start in the morning. Staff ensured that breakfast things were set out early for us. Rooms were unique. Not fancy but very comfortable and functional. We often stay in 5 star hotels. When in Seattle again we will stay here.

The property was close to fabulous restaurants and attractions. We walked to the ferry, the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market. The property met all of our needs.

Staff was friendly and very helpful at all times. Really accommodating. The place is really clean, with modern amenities offering maximum comfort. Also felt really safe there and close to everything. My favorite part was the pad to control the room, which also provided all kinds of activities and recommendations for things to do and places to visit in Seattle. I went to one of the recommended bookstores (loved it) and did one of the recommended experiences (Astra Lumina- it was wonderful!). The little doll on the bed is a great touch. I also appreciated the 24/7 water station (with still and sparkling) and the availability of little last-minute gifts we can buy in the lobby.

Lovely little boutique hotel. Room was on the smaller side but we were only there for 2 nights. Great location and lovely restuarant attached.

The location was wonderful. The hotel room view of the ocean and piers was spectacular. Very close to the famous market and shopping. Near great dining. We enjoyed walking along the ocean right outside the hotel.

Loved staying here! So much to mention: first, the staff are great, very welcoming and helpful. The building is beautiful, the interior is warm, clean and cozy. My room was comfortable and quiet. I took the Amtrak to Seattle; this location is very central, comfortably walkable to the best tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked and maintained with even some snacks to go. I feel this hotel offers the best value for comfort and style...already looking forward to my next visit.
