I liked how seamless checking in, staying, and checking out was. They were very quick to respond online considering there was no on-site receptionist. The room was very well laid-out. The hotel was GREAT. The room was beautifully furnished, the bed big enough. Location great, we had it a short walk to hockey and the Capitol. Accessibility to the subway was excellent, it only took about three minutes to get there. Good options for eating nearby (pizza, sandwiches, sushi).
