The hotel itself, is a real gem. This is due to the following reasons. Number one is the staff……totally efficient and able to address and solve more complex travellers issues.As well, from front desk to room attendants, I was greeted each day with genuine enthusiasm regarding customer care. Number two is hotel amenities…….. gym, weights, mats, all with the rooftop view…… who wouldn’t want to work out!? 😃 And of course, the wonderful rooftop swim spa which you may book at your convenience for private use. Loved it. Number three is LOCATION….. it simply doesn’t get better than this sweet Punta Carretas neighbourhood. With the hotel right on the Rambla, there is shopping and the fantastic selection of restaurants all right around the corner. Meanwhile, back at the hotel, you have always got the wonderful view……

Location was great, walking distance to the Ramblas and to good restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Good shower and confortable bed. Great value per price. Guests should be aware that parking requires manueuvering the car a few times and is only suited for small cars. But it was great to have acess to indoor and secure parking.

It's a wonderful apartment in a great location at a very reasonable price. The hosts are super friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, and equipped very thoughtfully - it has everything one could wish for, and the hosts even left little treats for me! There's also a beautiful terrace. I wish I could have stayed longer, but unfortunately it was already booked out. Highly recommended!!

Everything a fun great host always there for you. Gave me all the perks, even a nearby bakery that made delicious pastries. Helpful until the last moment he let me stay after I bumped my head on the ceiling, it was a stairway with a low dent, so I bumped hard. I sat on the sofa until the pain was gone.
