We arrived in Cape Town at 9am after a 28 hour journey and Mark allowed us to leave our bags in a safe location and shower and freshen up before heading out for the day and waiting for our check in time. The room is a great size and located perfectly in CT. 100% would recommend!

Staff were so helpful and went the extra mile for everything, breakfast was really nice, good coffee to start the day. Our room was clean and a nice size, close to V&A waterfront and lots of nice restaurants and a supermarket at the end of the road. Would recommend to friends and will stay again on our next trip to Cape Town.
