The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and assisted me to get to the airport on time. The facilities were great and my room was bigger than expected (great value for money!) and even though I arrived a little late due to airport delays the restaurant/bar was still open and I could get something to eat and drink.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Seddo. I have never felt more at home as the house is cosy, open, welcoming and if there was ever anything I needed, it was sorted out immediately. The management, staff and other guests were also so friendly and warm. There are a number of communal areas to chill, and I was able to invite a colleague for dinner and relaxing evening as if it were my own home. My room was also super comfortable with a separate office space and big bathroom. Really lovely stay and I would not choose anywhere else if and when I return to Abidjan.

The hotel is located in a lower middle class residential neigbourhoo d, where there is practically nothing of interest. The nearest ATM machine is app. 2 km away at a commercil junction where there were five banks and 9 ATMs. Out of the 9 five was working, Four of the did not honor my European debit card only Societe Generale Ivory Coast branch did. Next day it was also out of order. The people at the hotel are nice and do everything to please you. Howver aut of the 8 people working at the reception seven of the does not speak any other language just Frnech and their local language. Nobody understands the word ATM only guichot. The hotel's cc machine was not working that's why I had to introduce myself to the ATM scene in Abidjan.
