I did not like it at all. There is misleading advertisement, it suggests that you have a garden with the gite. In fact you do, but they don't tell you you have to walk around the block of several houses to get to that communal garden. Which is not very nice at all... The only way in and out of the building is through the front door which is directly on a busy main road.

We had an absolutely wonderful week here, and would highly recommend staying here! Angelique and Pascal were so welcoming and kind, and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful week. We stayed here with a one-year old and they helped her feed the chickens and showed us how to use the pool in a safe way. They also gave us lots of tips for what to do and see. There are lots of opportunities for hiking, and some beautiful villages, waterfalls and nice views nearby. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless clean, fully equipped, and really nicely decorated, like a chalet. There is a road right next to the apartment, but this didn't bother us. The garden really stands out, very beautiful and spacious. We could have easily spend a few days here just enjoying being at this 'domaine', having meals and coffee outside, and using the swings, pool and trampoline with our litte one. Such a gem!

The town is very far away, and it’s even hard to find, but the town is very old and very tasteful. The parking lot is located above the house, requiring about ten steps. The room is on the first floor, but the height is equivalent to the second floor, and there is no elevator , so we decided to forego carrying our luggage up the stairs and only took the necessary supplies upstairs.
