Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. The owner was very kind and hospitable. The breakfasts were lovely and her property has such charm. The gardens are beautiful and we would definitely recommend it.

The breakfast was generous as there were many options including cereal, croissants, yoghurt and toast together with tea, coffee and fresh juice.

This apartment is located within a complex in the countryside near Cognac. The apartment is spacious, has comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a great area in front for chilling with friends, family or alone. The host was very helpful, friendly, and met us to orient us about the space. There's ample parking and it's reasonably close to Cognac, yet in the country. This would be a great location for family reunions, larger parties, and families. There are some activites available for children/teens.

A very warm welcome on arrival. The house is beautiful and the garden is huge (estimate 70m long and similar width). A good size swimming pool. Very private, not overlooked by the owners. Dog friendly. The house has been very well renovated and is simply furnished in a typical French style. The garden has swings and a slide for children. The house is in a very quiet, rural area away from the small village. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is a good choice Very highly recommended.

Everything about the property was ideal and exceeded our expectations. The hosts went to a great deal of trouble and care to meet the additional needs due to my limited mobility, often without being asked and suggesting ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and consideration. We felt very welcome and looked after.

I can’t describe how beautiful the place is. Situated in a small cozy village in the middle of the French countryside, the “gite” is very peaceful with a huge garden, own pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The house is spacious and has a modern bathroom and in the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking including a gas stove which I personally liked very much! The owners really know how to make you feel most welcome, and their friendliness and hospitality give your stay that little extra personal touch. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy too. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer!
