The studio is brand new and exceptionally clean. The space is well thought-out, cheerful colours/design with modern built-in lighting in the ceiling, under the kitchen cabinets and next to the bed. It had all the amenities we could ever need. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has everything for cooking or making breakfast. The bathroom was spacious with a nice design and comfortable shower with very good water pressure which made showering a real treat. The host, Stefanos, is genuinely helpful and kind, he even made sure to have an espresso machine in the room (with very nice coffee!) for us as we had asked if there was a coffee maker before we arrived. The location is great, very close to shopping (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery are literally a few steps away) and just a couple of blocks from Gribovo beach.
