Location: Little Greek village nested among wooden hills, 10 to 25 minutes drive to several excellent beaches. Cool at night - great “+” during terrible heat wave. Quite big house, own yard ( parking), all necessary appliances. Owners are very nice and so is neighbor Maria. Very clean, with some traditional touches.

The villa is spatious, with a fantastic view of the sea. It has a beautiful terrace which is sunny in the morning (but you also have a table with chairs at the opposite side which is shady in the mornings, so you can have breakfast there if you want) and shady in the afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an electric range and oven, toaster, kettle and a very good refrigerator. Everything is new and perfectly clean. We drink greek coffee and there was a "gjezve" - we asked for a bigger one, we got one more. They provide kitchen towels, sponge, dishwashing liquid...The bathroom is great, there is a new washing machine (bring your detergent). Sleeping is organized upstairs (one double bed and one twin) and downstairs (one double and two twin beds), but not at the ground floor, so if you need to go to the toilet or to the kitchen during the night you have to take the spiral stairs. The matrasses downstairs are a bit thin, the one upstairs is good. There is a free parrking space. The owners live next door and they are a fantastic family with two great kids. There are two chairs and two umbrellas at the beach, but they gave us a third chair as well. The beach is one of the best beaches I have seen, sand outside and inside, cristal clear water. Sometimes it is windy and there are waves, so if you don't like that you can go to the other side (Xiropotamos beach) to avoid them. Ierissos is 5 km from the villa (there is a Lidl and Massoutis there). Once more, we have never had such great hosts. Thank you.

Balcony with sea view where all family meet. Mosquito nets everywhere. To be clear, this is an apartment in a 6-apartments villa - not an Entire holiday home. It have a living+kitchen+one bedroom+a wonderful balcony over sea+one toilet on the 1'st floor of the villa. And 2 small south-facing bedrooms with tiny windows (may be very hot on afternoons) in the attic. And one 1 meter bathtube/shower for dwarfs (normal humans must stay on their knees) in the attic under a very low roof. The place is very quiet, 3 km from town/restaurants/Lidl/Matsoutis The front beach (Kakoudia) have a fine locanta (Marabou), it is nice and clean, but the sand is coarse like small gravel, and in few steps go very deep. This location is well-suited for a big family and peacefull holiday.

Since my husband and I are going on vacation for the first time with a baby (2 months) and together with our dog, we were a little panicked, but Marta's hospitality and the entire accommodation as a complex made all four of us enjoy our vacation. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side, but the bright side of the holiday is Marta (the owner) with her family and hospitality. We have good memories. My husband and I enjoyed it together with the baby, but I think our dog enjoyed it the most.
