From check-in , Hospitality, Travel arrangements, Home Food buffet, and comfortable stay, he ensured everything is beyond the mark and made us feel as home. Everything about the hotel was great. Amazing heating system with helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to each and everyone of the hotel. Food was amazing and Tasty food in ala carte menu. the property was in a very peaceful area. Rooms were super clean with a huuuuge and clean toilet with good heating and hot water. We got an upgrade for a suite. Definitely coming back if we are traveling to Srinagar! Thank you so much zulfi sir and team.
