The place is quite an peaceful. I think this used to be a military camp during WW2 or something so partially the interior replicates that theme which is interesting. The water facilities were great.

Staying in Midslands is very convenient. All parts of the island are easy to reach. There is a bike rental place across the street from this hotel and the nearest grocery store is minutes away (by bike), along with multiple great restaurants. The kids loved being about to use the pool each day. The kitchen had all of the equipment that we wanted to use.

Great location, in the middle of the town. Solid breakfast, with plenty of options. I especially liked the assistance of the staff when after checking out, it turned out there was an administrative error. The people working at 't Wapen solved everything quickly, top job!

For me the experience here was excellent, and the house location was very beautiful and great, the rooms, are a very interesting place to spend some time and explore the island and the nearby town!
