His kindness, sincerity, and dedication to his guests are unmatched. If you’re looking for an authentic and warm experience in Fenghuang, we highly recommend staying here. We left with cherished memories and a deep appreciation for the local culture, and we look forward to visiting again someday with our family.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the simply amazing service! I was greeted with such responsiveness and attention that I immediately felt very comfortable. Every detail was explained, everything was suggested, they helped literally at every step. I would like to separately note the transfer - meeting at the airport and free transfer to the city center turned out to be a huge advantage when choosing a hotel. It is really convenient and creates a feeling of care from the first minutes of your stay. The breakfast was wonderful, and the atmosphere itself was calm and quiet, which is ideal for relaxation and a complete reboot. Excellent service, a great team with whom you feel in good hands. I will be happy to recommend this hotel to everyone and really hope to come back again!

The host kindly met me at the city gate to guide me to the property, which could have been hard to locate on my own. They also helped me arrange a taxi when I was departing!

Spacious rooms, very clean, comfortable beds. The owner is very friendly and helpful- great advice, she booked for us all required tickets and taxi drivers. Saved us a lot of time and money by doing so. We communicate easily with Rebecca via Wechat Good brakfast and dinner at the place.

Zhangjiajie Su Xin Resort Inn -Airport Resort-Free pick-up ligger i Zhangjiajie, 29 km fra Zhangjiajie Nationalskovpark, og har en sæsonåben udendørs swimmingpool, en have og et fælles opholdsområde... We were very well received by the couple who run the hotel. They picked us up and took us to the airport and to the station to Tiamen. They changed our room to a larger one, washed our clothes on the last day, and helped us with all our tours and itineraries, always serving us very patiently and at no additional cost. The breakfast was very well prepared, with fruits, toast and eggs and Chinese noodles. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, with very good towels and bedding, the air conditioning worked perfectly and the shower was great with plenty of water. The room also had a hair dryer and all the necessary amenities, including insect repellent. We highly recommend this hotel, especially because treatment like this family is impossible to have in a hotel chain. Rating 10 out of 10.

Riverside Peak Lodge Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National Park ligger i Zhangjiajie, 20 km fra Zhangjiajie Nationalskovpark, og har et fælles opholdsområde, en terrasse og en bar. The hotel is very well located in a central area, I stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. Language barrier is always tricky in China but the receptionist is very attentive and was always going above and beyond to communicate, she was always ready to show the best itinerary and give tips of where to go and what to do.

Whispering Mountains Boutique Hotel ligger i Zhangjiajie og har udsigt over bjergene. Der er gratis WiFi overalt på ejendommen. Yangjiajie Scenic Area ligger 2,6 km fra ejendommen. The staff was what made this stay exceptional. Lucas was prompt with his WeChat replies and Eason took such good care of our group of 6 that it really made us feel so at home. He planned the route daily, and checked in on us along the way to make sure we weren’t lost or to remind us not to be late in catching the bus down. Location of hotel was very close to the west gate which isn’t crowded. Property is very clean with all the necessities, even free laundry. Not to mention the yummy home cooked breakfasts and dinners!
