The front desk staff were so nice and helpful!! They were very welcoming and even framed us a photograph for our honeymoon. The room was very functional and convenient with nice view. Beds very comfortable! The location is great just 5-15 minutes walking from everything (train station for shrines visiting, markets, shopping centers and old town gion).

Absolutely love the beautiful oriental interior with Kyoto traditional decor elements of the hotel. The room is well set up with great amenities (and a wonderful mini bar), love the bathtub. I slept so well in the room as it is very quiet. If you love Thai massage this hotel will be a plus as they have a Thai spa. Restaurants provide both Japanese & Thai food (and very good). Lounge areas are great comfortable and spacious work areas for meetings. Most of the hotel staff speak English so it was very easy to communicate our needs.

The hotel is just one station away from the airport, really conveniently located. Our room was on the top floor which made the stay magical as we could watch the sunrise from our window. Not the mention the night view of the city. The room was quite spacious, everything felt new and clean. We also enjoyed the buffet in the morning.
