It was very clean and well maintained, with Molton Brown amenities, which was a great touch. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and sheets changed every day. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of both the bus stop and the metro station. Breakfast was great; we especially enjoyed the New Year’s breakfast with champagne. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and very welcoming.

The hotel is gorgeous, but it’s truly the staff that make the experience exceptional. They prioritize guest comfort and exceeded my expectations throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgium, especially those seeking a five-star experience.

The 5-star Hotel Amigo boasts elegant rooms with designer features, on the corner of Grand Place. I visited Brussels from 2-5 September 2025 and wanted to stay in a hotel that was (a) in or very close to the Grand Place, (b) easy to navigate from to all the other must-see sights, shopping areas and eating places, and (c) well known for its ambience and good service. After some research, I opted for the Amigo Hotel and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The location was perfect—just a lane away from the Grand Place. The room (including the attached bathroom) was spacious and comfortable, and the overall ambience carried a grand yet old-school charm. The staff were unfailingly hospitable, and their service was impeccable. Yes, the price is higher than many other hotels in Brussels, but it is luxury hotel and it was worth every cent for the comfort, convenience, and memorable experience. If I return to Brussels, I will definitely stay at Hotel Amigo again.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and ideally located. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is of excellent quality. All the necessary amenities were provided. This is a hotel I've visited several times, and the welcome is always warm. A special shout-out to the receptionist/ doorman/ concierge, who was very friendly (and charismatic).
