Located in Brussels, 700 metres from Egmont Palace, Faubourg 21 provides accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The stay was fantastic. 1. From the doorman, to the receptionists to the barman, they all provided exceptional hospitality. They were all friendly, compassionate and showed great initiative to make our stay more comfortable 2. The shower and the bed were so comfortable. If we hadn’t had other commitments we would have happily stayed in our room the whole time. 3. The attention to detail was the cherry on top. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and filled with clever touches that should be commended. This hotel will always be at the top of our list now when we visit Brussels, but with only a limited amount of rooms - I fear we will either need to book well in advance or hope we strike gold again.

Visiting with friends and family for Xmas market. On check in our room was upgraded to an executive room upon check in. Lovely spacious room with everything we needed during our stay. Can't rate food as didn't eat at hotel as spent all our time in city . Staff very friendly and helpful . Room cleaned and serviced every day and water coffee pods etc refreshed. It was in a nice quiet safe area.. Not in centre if city but easily walkable to Xmas market etc. Would use again

Visų pirma man tiko vieta, nes į susitikimą galėjau nueiti per 10 min. Netoli oro uostas - autobusu 30 min. Kambaryje radau vandens, kavos aparatą, virdulį, taip pat kavos ir arbatos. Location is great if you want to explore the old town and it's close to many attractions. It's also family friendly.
