Reception quick and efficient, honesty bar next to it. Restaurant original and great food. Rooms in several blocks (color coded). Spacious rooms, great beds, great shower, the best I have experienced in Berlin (and I stayed in quite a few hotels there). Easy to reach with tram.

Absolutely everything! We come to Berlin a couple of times per year and we were looking for a good place to stay. We almost gave up on the idea that there is a really good hotel that checks all the boxes. Until now. We will definitely come back. The hotel, stuff, restaurant, design and cleanliness of the rooms, comfy beds - that’s a yes!

Top-tier professional yet friendly customer service. Felt very welcomed and enjoyed the services on special requests. Great breakfast choices for a very fulfilling experience. Very good location right above the subway station.

The quintessence of luxury lodging, the Adlon is a legendary 5-star hotel situated in Berlin’s Mitte, beside the Brandenburg Gate. At this hotel for me everything was perfect,so I enjoyed two nights there in maximum,and staff did something very nice for my birthday,so really made my happy.

While one expects comfort and nice place from a hotel of this caliber, what truly set this place apart was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Traveling with kids is challenging, but the team went above to ensure our family felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place.
