Situato nella storica cittadina alsaziana di Colmar, l'hotel La Maison des Têtes offre ampie camere climatizzate dotate di TV, bagno privato e WiFi gratuito. We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately on the first evening, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the staff was extremely attentive to move us into a bigger room. As we much preferred our original room (brighter and newer), they managed to fix the A/C the next day and move us back into our original room. The staff are all wonderful. Special shoutout to Pauline for accommodating our room changes so late in the evening and for proactively coming out to the car park to see if we needed a hand! Also shoutout to Manuela for her wam hospitality, and barista skills, at our breakfasts.

Situato a Illhaeusern, l'Hotel des Berges offre un ristorante, una piscina all'aperto, un bar e un giardino. A vostra disposizione camere familiari e una terrazza solarium. It's a very nice and comfortable hotel. The restaurant is a 2-Michelin restaurant, and we enjoyed it very much. The food was great, and the service was great. You can feel the holiday spirit there. It's a magical place.

Great location, professional and friendly staff, clean rooms, great in-room facilities. No noise from the outside which was great, although some noise from adjoining rooms.

La struttura si trova nella piazza centrale, in una posizione strategica e molto suggestiva, perfetta per esplorare i dintorni a piedi. L’hotel è bello e caratteristico, con un fascino autentico che racconta la storia del luogo senza rinunciare al comfort moderno. Le camere erano pulitissime, curate con attenzione e gusto, dotate di tutti i servizi essenziali e con piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza, come la biancheria profumata e gli arredi scelti con stile. Il personale è stato estremamente cortese e disponibile, sempre pronto ad accogliere con il sorriso e a fornire consigli utili sulla zona. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la cura dei dettagli: dalla colazione con prodotti freschi e locali, al silenzio notturno che garantisce un vero riposo. Un posto in cui ci si sente davvero accolti e coccolati. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un’esperienza autentica e rilassante. Ci tornerei senza esitazione!

Situated on Grande Ile, the historic centre of Strasbourg, this luxurious Sofitel offers guestrooms with Sofitel MyBeds, flat-screen TVs and unlimited Wi-Fi internet access. The help to buy flowers on a Sunday and also reserve a very restaurant perfectly adapted to us on a period with not so many restaurants open, plus extra towels in case i needed. All was truly perfect. Very friendly service.
