IrelandThis hotel is beautiful - location is stunning, fabulous facilities - spa pools etc. The best thing about the Headland is the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, very helpful, always ready to please. The service in the restaurant and bars was impeccable.
I use a mobility scooter and they gave me a room near a lift and the concierges were always there to open the front door for me as I went in and out.
On check in, the receptionist kindly took us on a tour of the hotel and showed us around - a really nice touch.
We ate three nights in the hotel, Terrace restaurant twice & Renmor one night - food was excellent in all. We are recommending the hotel to all our friends because of the staff.

Lovely hotel, definitely 5 star. Very clean and comfortable. Angela and Oliver and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was first class with so much choice and accompanied for me as I’m coeliac. Nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely recommend a return too.

Very nice luxurious B&B and welcoming hosts Dawn and Gavin who made us feel at home from the very first moment we arrived. Great home made breakfast and superbly prepared.

Check in was great. The hotel is very clean as was our room which had an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location was excellent with only a short walk into Falmouth. Breakfast was 5 star with an excellent choice. The staff were lovely and the place did have a cosy feel unlike some of the big hotels.We would definitely stay there again.

From arrival to departure everything was superb. Louise is a 'tour-de-force'! Her attention to detail is second to none from the stunning, luxurious decor and amenities to the fantastic home- cooked evening meal and scrumptious breakfast. Greg also went out of his way to make this a five-star stay!

In short, in order of importance of creating a superb experience... the team are just awesome, food is next level, in a beautiful location and with great attention to detail throughout. The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxed, but also professional with a genuine warmth. Darren the chef kept every meal special and the breakfasts were also fabulous, along with the service from all the team. Paul bought it all together and a dab hand at mixing-up cocktails that lift you!

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the manager Peter?
The route up to our room is possibly the steepest stairs I've ever been on but this added to the quirkiness of the hotel.
The food was outstanding, probably the best sea food I've ever enjoyed. The grilled bass in tarragon sauce was just perfection.

Fantastic location with a Michelin star restaurant just next to the hotel,beautiful view all around facilities were perfect ,only thing that was lacking that I can compare from other 5 star hotels in the world is human touch
