InterContinental London - The O2 offers modern luxury on the Greenwich Peninsula. Guests can enjoy stylish accommodation with a spa, signature dining and rooms with views of the River Thames and The O2. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the O2 as we were attending a show there. As well as the very convenient location and easy access to public transport to/from central London, everything else impressed us: beautifully appointed and comfortable room, excellent cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, great views from the bars and brasserie. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again on future visits to the O2.

Walls are decorated with collage-style artworks that riff on Shoreditch's street posters. Minibars continue the local spirit, stocked with an East End edit of drinks and treats. Beautiful and modern hotel in a nice neighborhood, very close to the Underground station Old Street. Delicious breakfast and great Bar & Restaurant. The room was big and clean, super bathroom.

The staff had the right balance of providing supreme service, where nothing was too much trouble and were mostly preemptive, while still being personable and warm. You can find lovely hotel rooms anywhere, but finding the right staff is obviously the Savoy’s forte.
