On site at Gatwick's North Terminal, this Premier Inn is a minute's walk from the main entrance and the transit train to the South Terminal. The beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable. Directly connected to Gatwick Airport’s North Terminal, Hampton by Hilton London Gatwick Airport offers high-quality hotel accommodation, and a restaurant, bar and fitness centre. The best location for a early morning flight from the North terminal. The room was big and cool. Already at five o´clock in the morning you can have a simple breakfast before your flight. It did only take few minutes to get to the security control in the terminal and Easyjet allows you to check in your baggage the evening before.
This Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (A23 Airport Way) is only 1148 feet from Gatwick Airport North Terminal, and offers a 24-hour airport shuttle service. For what we paid, I was impressed. The lady at the desk was really lovely. The room isn’t the nicest I’ve ever been in, but the bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, which was all we needed after a 24 hour flight. We also paid for the buffet breakfast, which again was not expensive for what it was. The girl who ran breakfast the day we were there was very helpful with our 1 year old. The food was really nice. Lastly there is a kids corner in the foyer that REALLY helped us keep her occupied while we figred our our suitcases.
Hilton London Gatwick Airport is linked by a direct covered walkway to the South Terminal, and offers air-conditioned, soundproofed rooms and a 24-hour fitness center. Wonderful overnight in a quiet, spacious and very comfortable room. Nice, clean facilities. Great food at restaurant. Excellent service.
Located within a 10-minute walk of the London Gatwick Airport’s South Terminal, this modern hotel offers king size beds and stylish bedrooms complete with satellite TV and individual air conditioning.... All was just great to stay overnight before taking a long haul flight across the Atlantic.
Just 2 miles from London Gatwick Airport, the Airport Inn Gatwick offers en-suite accommodations with paid WiFi. Victor was very helpful when I was injured in the bathroom because the toilet seat was not attached. Also the staff were helpful in getting a taxi arranged
Just 3 minutes’ drive from Gatwick Airport, Four Seasons Guest House offers well-appointed rooms with free WiFi. This guest house offers a continental breakfast, with on-site parking available. I stayed here the last night of a two week long journey across Europe with my friends. Zarina was an absolutely lovely host! She was super kind and helpful. She helped arrange a cab for us to the airport the following morning and the breakfast she provided us with was wonderful. The room was beautifully done, clean, and comfortable. Staying with her felt like my friends and I were already home! The property is about a five minute walk from the gas station, Tesco, and bus stops. It’s a five minute drive by cab to Gatwick airport. The location is perfect and the rates were fantastic compared to the two hotels nearby. I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in the neighborhood in the future!

Beautiful cottage. Fun Pub called the Plough, just down the road. We went there two nights and had great food, both times. The second night the locals were playing "skittles", "shuffhateme", cribbage, darts and watching the English futbol team tie their game and advance in the Euro 16.
Horley is a quaint little town with a variety of restaurants and shops. Our favorite restaurant was 51 Degrees North -- wonderful food and charming staff. For the pub experience try the Foresters-- we loved them! Mark, at the train station, was very helpful when it came to plotting our adventures for the day.
Really good option if you need to stay by Gatwick airport, forget the high prices of hotels closest to the airport, most of the inns and hotels in Horley offer complimentary or very low shuttle services to the airport.
Great little B&B superbly situated for Gatwick flights. Shuttle bus service was prompt and reasonably priced but beware of booking the breakfast and paying up front - if you don't really feel like it next day you will have paid for it anyway; you can still get breakfast in morning and pay then.
Friendly little town. Fifty four High Street is an eclectic little pub/coffee bar with great energy. The Tavern has music of some sort almost every night. Variety of restaurants throughout. By train you can get to London in 30-40 minutes (Brighton as well!).
Horley is a cute little town close to London Gatwick airport, has pretty much everything, even a direct train to London Victoria station that leaves every hour, and other options with transfers. Lots of quaint and very friendly restaurants and cafes. Only thing is everything closes pretty early (about 9 pm, some places closed at 8 pm). Might be a bit different in the summer time
