Brilliant have been there on numerous occasions, for live concerts, has places to eat an shops in the main square of it. Near to the railway station and bus station, so easy access, a short walk to the arena.
This is a huge arena - be careful where you sit as some of the seats are a long way from the stage. Don't even think of driving there - use public transport but expect a certain amount of walking to get to and from it.
as a music, fan I'm a regular here fantastic music venue. the indigo is also amazing good variety of restaurants though it can be busy when there is a gig on then....book in advance with the shopping there now it is a great plcae to go
Security check in process took an hour. Got there at 6.30 doors opening and only just made it to our seats when the support band came on at 7.30 to a mainly empty auditorium. Seats in 400 blocks are very high and very steep. My wife clapsed into her seat after we had made it up row J and felt ill for the whole concert. Several others around us were helped out due to feeling ill. When booking tickets the O2 should really make you aware these seats are not suitable for anyone who easily gets dizzy and they should also open the doors earlier in view of the entrance security.
People with walking difficulties should be advised that 1 entrance in to the o2 is all there is and you must walk around inside to get to your seats no mobility assistance was available as far as I know
Great arena, simply stunning place. Bit of a walk to get to different entrances, just try not to be sucked into the shops along the way! Sat high up in the arena for a tennis match and had no issues with the view at all, very good viewing
We stayed only one night, for a concert at O2 arena. It was a lovely stay due to excellent location near Stratford tube station, also the connection to Stanstead airport by A9 coach was great. The reception staff was amazing, especially Nicoleta who was beyond our expectation, very kind and helpfull. We would like to thank her again via this feedback.Comfy beds, silence during nightime for a good sleep. The room was perfect as we expected, as we knew Moxy hotels since staying before at Moxy in Wien. We would stay here again for sure!
Greenwich, London
Good food and bar prices were fine by London standards. My wife has heart issues and it was a shame that our bedroom was on the top floor, as she finds stairs difficult. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. As we drove from South Wales (when national railstrike was in progress) the free parking was a godsend. Our main reason for visiting was for a show at the O2 arena, which was in plain view and only 10 minutes walk over flat grassland. Also, that gave us easy access to the underground and water transport.

Friendly, polite and helpful hosts. The accommodation had good facilities available for a comfortable stay at excellent value for money. Getting to and from accommodation really easy with frequent buses (even with luggage) or 35 minute stroll along river path. Retail parks close by. Quiet residential area. North Greenwich attraction in close proximity- Cutty Sark, O2 arena etc
