The room had a faulty pull out bed. The bar in the middle of the bed was higher then the head of the bed and the foot of the bed creating a large hard hump. They tried to make the hump go away with a topper however a topper for the bed didn’t fix the problem. I had to sleep on it and my kids slept with my husband it was awful for the price. They said they would give us another room and when I came back from our day out they said they were booked and we could not move. I feel we should have some money back for these issues and for them telling me they would give us another room and then saying it was booked and no rooms available. The rest of my trip was not good as my back and shoulder is in pain. And still is.

The staff were excellent. We couldn't recommend them more highly. They were friendly and very helpful in sorting any problems or questions that we had. We really liked the rooms we had. They were a good size for London and the beds were comfortable. Having rooms next to each other was very important to us travelling with a family. The location was great!

Great location. They kindly upgraded us to a penthouse which was an unexpected treat. Room was very spacious with great views over London. The room was a bit dated though and could do with a refresh. Never ate there so can't assess the food.

The buildings and history of London is stunning.

The buildings and history of London is stunning. There is so much to explore and learn. The shopping is fabulous and the markets - Camden, Spitalfields, Brick Lane, etc - are a must!! Transport is easy to navigate and the busy-ness is exciting. We ate at Dishoom and Caravan, as well as local pubs, and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. We loved the local pub 'quiz night' and came third - earning a 10 pound voucher!! A special treat was afternoon tea and Cake and Bubbles on Regent St - very fun. My third time in London and I still want to see and do more!!

Went on a river cruise which was brilliant enjoyed every minute it was from Westminster Pier to Greenwich and back. Very impressed and loved the commentary and history of landmarks along the route. Would highly recommend this trip We also went to Madam Tussards again this was brilliant very interesting and would recommend to definitely do this. Saw the musical Oliver at the Guildgood Theatre. Outstanding performance 👏 excellent can't rate it any higher. We went to Covern Garden which is a must when in London. We eat here and it was very nice. If you don't mind the underground then the tube is the quickest way to get around. The only downside to it is the weekend we were there it was extremely hot and the underground is a hot place at the best of times, also some stations don't have lifts or escalators and this can be very tiring for older people and impossible with mobility issues especially when you have luggage to carry around with you.

We loved the Natural History Museum. If you are going plan ahead and book a slot to avoid the queue or go at 10 and get in before the crowds. Suss out the underground it is a brilliant way to get around. There are always staff to help you too. Try getting a last minute ticket to a show from the vendors at Leister square. We loved our trip to the theatre!

Our third trip to London and we loved it - so much to see and do and something for everyone. Tower bridge experience was very interesting as was the cutty sark and hms belfast - all made my husband very happy. We went to see hades town at the lyric - fabulous show - I would highly recommend it. We also did the cable car which was great to get a Birds Eye view of the city. Travelling was easy - we used the hop on hop off ticket for the Thames clipper to see the sights close to the river and we used the underground and local buses to get everywhere else - I was a bit unsure of the last 2 but they were actually so handy.

At first I was skeptical, but I’m glad I chose to stay here! Not only it’s cheaper and better than most hotels in London, but also because it has all the necessities you need from Laundry, hot showers, WiFi, security and the owner is there for your accommodation and comfort 24/7. I would stay here again for sure. Try it, you won’t regret it. 😃👍🏼

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dorsett Apartments – an ideal location in Notting Hill, undoubtedly one of the best districts in London. The studios are perfectly equipped, the beds spacious and comfortable, and the staff among the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered in any London hotel.
