We have been dreaming of visiting London and the day has come last year in November. We have stayed in Best Western Plus Delmere Hotel for 5 nights - Nov 1 to 6, 2017 and it's really, really worth the stay. We have selected this hotel because of it's proximity to the station and also from the reviews that I have read. We had given an early check-in by the very accommodating Ms. Yenny Suuto Lopez - General Manager of the hotel. I had written her name on a piece of paper so that I will never forget her name because she was very nice and helpful to us. We just have to wait for few more minutes, while they were preparing the room, in the cozy Lounge area where you can have unlimited coffee and tea while reading magazines and newspapers. We have given a room in the first floor and it was neat and clean, complete with the necessary amenities, it was big enough for both of us and was facing the street which was nice because of we always like a room with a view. The cr is clean with free toiletries and they always change the towels and clean our room every day. They always replenish the tea, sugar, and coffee, but there was no bottled water. When we asked the reception about it, we were told that the water in the cr is potable but still we opted to buy big bottled water outside the nearest store. The hotel has a computer and printer area downstairs which was helpful to us because we are used to doing online check-in of our flight. The hotel is just 5 to 10 minutes walk to Paddington station and was such a big help in maximizing our trip going to beautiful places in London. The rest of the staffs are attentive and helpful. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you and God Bless you all! It was such a beautiful stay in the hotel and our first time in London was amazing.
The hotel overall was good. Room was small but it seems like ALL rooms mostly are limited in space but we were able to move around comfortably. For my first time in London it might have been far from the major tourist areas and it was always a 20 min metro ride but it was walking distance to Notting Hill. The neighborhood its in is really nice and quiet so sleep was great.
I've been to London several times and have felt cramped in the typical room you get at named brand hotel chain so I thought I'd give The Cleveland a try. I was very happy with the room size and kitchenette. Unfortunately, the room we were given did not have the charm you see in the pictures. Our room was in the below ground floor (it did have a large window but the view was 1/2 HVAC and 1/2 patio. However, since I wasn't there for "the view" and was not in my room except to sleep, it wasn't the end of the world. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was small but very functional. A nice sized closet with a safe. Decent selection of cable TV stations. The kitchenette was good--I mostly used the refrigerator and tea kettle. There was a stove top, toaster, microwave, small sink, silverware, glasses and plates. Overall, the location was great--about a 10 min. walk to Paddington Station (Heathrow Express) and a slightly shorter walk to Bayswater Tube station-each had a numerous amount of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacy.
Stayed at 2 different hotels for our stay in London. First was the Intercontinental which was the perfect location for seeing Jeff Lynne's ELO in the O2 Arena the second was the Fielding Hotel in Covent Garden which we would thoroughly recommend. Covent Garden is a wonderful place to stay, plenty of places to eat and drink, with shops and easy access to numerous theatres.
Excellent city for cultural attractions such as museums, galleries and historic sites, Eating out is expensive, transport is efficient and effective but very expensive. Serviced apartment accommodation is recommended over hotel style accommodation for size and value. Hotel rooms can be tiny in London.
Cheap and good location for access to wembley stadium area(5 mins), heathrow airport(30 mins. Free parking. .All you can eat cooked breakfast. Take aways and shop accross road. Other eating and drinking places 5 mins away. Drinks in hotel low prices. Good for workmen who are working with 30 mins of area. Or a low cost stopover places with parking then access train to london. ( scroll down room choices ,i got en suite room same price has shared bathroom rooms. Train station a few mins sway(4 to 5 pound by uber).
What we liked about this hotel far outweighs what we didn't. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the price was also good. With that being said, the price of hotels in London equals convenience or lack thereof. You get what you pay for. The hotel offered an amazing breakfast. The selection was good and kept us satisfied until dinner. The hotel was about a 10 minute, average paced walk from Waterloo station so that was convenient.
Every aspect of our stay was 5 star. Amazing room, superb professional staff who are slick and smiley. Special mentions for Dan in the chambers club, Jeffrey in the booking office restaurant, and Jack our super doorman who also provided us with a vip check in to Eurostar from hotel to train seat. We have stayed at many a high end London hotel but I have to say The Renaissance tips the lot by a long way. We have found our new London home! Already planning a return.
Infront of the hotel there is a bus stop number 390 to marble arch and c2 from victoria station. Room is clean, heating perfect, no smell in toillets, there is a lift, very nice breakfast, value for money the best in london stayed more than 10 hotels. When leaving, the front desk guys gifted customers with chocolate, mint water pack with very nice message. U are great 👏🏻
The location is very convenient and both closed to notting hill station and queensway. Very close to nice restaurants in the area. Ahmed the receptionist went beyond expectations and he took very good care of us, he was very helpful. In terms of hotel facilities you get what you paid for, but the size of the rooms in comparison with other hotels in London it was ok.
Very good value for money. Excellent location, close to main attractions. Only 5 minute walk from South Kensington tube station (Piccadilly/Circle/District lines). Rooms larger than most hotels of this price range in London. Small but functional bathroom. Good internet connection. I wish it were available all year long!
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in London that I decided to make it my go to when ever I’m in London , Staff were very friendly room was very clean and they have best cappuccino ☕️ It’s also in great location so you can get around easily 👍🏼 Getting a complimentary drink at your arrival is a sweet touch 🙌🏻🌹

Concierge and their property. The room is bigger compare with other hotels in London. 10 mins from harrods and Knightsbridge underground station. Mobile with you all your stay. Room service is there immediately for your need, no delay. Thank you the hari
It's a very confortable room. The localization is amazing, very close to three different tube stations (Kings Cross, Euston and Russel Square). I had lost hope about cheaper hotels in Central London, but this one is REALLY good. Great staff as well.

The room, cleanliness, wonderful service from front office, bell boy, porter and restaurant staffs and the hotel resto is amazing (hunter 486 ) i think its one of the best food in london I forget to mention the bed, it made me sleep like a baby
Staff were very polite when greeting, was very clean when we arrived, free WiFi, overall this accommodation is very good if your going to see a gig up and London, much cheaper then any of the hotels there and worth every penny
It’s one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in in London and it brilliant value for money, it was modern, clean and very comfortable. We go the cheapest room but was still quite large with a decent bathroom.

Clean, modern and comfortable, within walking distance for most Central London attractions. Although not cheap, seems a fair price compared to other hotels.
The location was very good. Close to Earls Court station, restaurants, shops, museums. It is relative cheap for hotels in central London.
Although not cheap. This is one of the best value hotels in London. Great rooms, bars and the Chinese restaurant is very good.
Location is great for London zoo and camden there is not many cheaper hotels that are this good
Close to different places around London and cheaper than other hotels in the area
Price is cheap compare with other London central hotels. Location is good.
This is a lovely Yatcht Hotel, moored just beside Edexcel Centre. The welcome and service were excellent. It was our 30th wedding anniversary and they gave us a free room upgrade which was lovely. Check out was 11.00 and as it was not too busy (Tues) we also were allowed a late checkout. The staff were super efficient and helpful. The cable car to the O2 is just a 5 minute walk and well worth a ride (only £3.50 using your Oyster Card)

Great location and nice staff.
