One of the best hotels in London. The location of the hotel is close to all the tourist places and markets. You do not need a car, just walk on foot. The location was great! Close to the underground and Pancreas / King's Cross rail stations. Also close to a Waitrose store. The room was large and spacious, and it was quiet. Althoug it wasn't cheap, it was good value when compared to hotels in London of equal quality.

Balmoral is near Hyde Park (and other popular places to visit) and the Paddington Train, an express connection to Heathrow. The front office staff was very nice and helpful. We felt very secure in the hotel. Self closing and locking doors. The main entrance needed a key to enter also.

Room was a great size and bed was exceptionally comfortable. Amazing location, super easy to get to from Heathrow, and not very touristy. There was a note about construction near the hotel and potential noises, but we heard absolutely nothing. The daily wine hour is an awesome treat, and the staff was nothing but wonderful to us. The hairdryer in the room wasn’t working and they promptly dropped off a working one for us. Truly loved our stay and this is now my go-to hotel next time I’m in London.

As far as being in a location where you have the Tube close by but can also walk anywhere in central London and being under £100 it was great since they were individual rooms with en suite bathrooms. I might stay at it again for these reasons since my usual hotels in London have doubled in price in recent years.
