Located in London’s West End, Zedwell Piccadilly Circus features over 700 windowless rooms in Piccadilly Circus.

Everything was amazing, the location is superb centers of London, it is near the Piccadilly metro in less than 1 min, and 10 min walking from Oxford Street. The room has no windows which I thought it would be a problem but it was the right choice after a long day outside it is good to have a rest from the busy city life, you will sleep like a baby and wake up fresh. The room was clean and it was cleaned every day as well. Staff were amazing nice and professional :) I have extended my stay there, which they where very helpful to let me keep the same room. I have recommended this hotel to all my friends who will be visiting London soon.

I used a pocket-sized A-Z to find my way around which I find better, in general, than constantly looking at my phone. Plus with a phone, I worry about losing charge which you always need in case there is any kind of emergency. On this December trip 2023, I particularly noted the lovely autumn leaves scattered on the pavements, parks etc, everywhere I went. I note that in suburban and rural places in England, there is a mania for leaf-blowing and vacuuming leaves which is horrible for the environment in terms of not allowing the nutrients from the leaves to return to earth, stopping people from being able to see the lovely colours which are good for wellbeing, the noise pollution, and the air pollution of the machine if it is powered by fossil fuel (although electricity is often a fossil fuel as well); using machines to remove leaves is not a 'Green' thing to do at all. I love admiring the old buildings and old street furniture - again they are good for wellbeing, I hate the ugly blocks, they are not good for wellbeing (although they may be 'comfortable' inside). Walking in the streets of London felt safe to me during my visit on 9th and 10th December 2023, the time of writing this review (I only visit a few times a years).

Love this city, there is so much to see and do.

Love this city, there is so much to see and do. Great restaurants and bars and would always recommend going to a west end show. Also winter wonderland in Hyde park at Christmas time. Soho is great for bars and night life. Borough market and seven dials market are both good for lots of different food options in one space. Covent Garden for shopping. Use the underground ti get everywhere. Pre book everything it will make it much easier.

Place to avoid on our next visit to London is the Ibis Hotel......having already submitted a critique, their reply pumped up the few good things but did not pay attention to the negatives described and reported.....except for an apology...totally worthless when your stay is endured rather than enjoyed I did not expect much else from Ibis who are not particularly competitive in their pricing structure and possibly rely on expensive parking facility as a draw Only to be recommended to those I dislike as it really took the edge of an important trip to London.....thank god I did not book in any colleagues or customers...I wqould have no staff and no business

Hotel is decent, near the Paddington tube station. It's not at all high end, but then it's also far cheaper than higher end hotels, and is still in a relative decent location close to the tube line and railway station. Rooms were quite small, but par for the course in London hotels of this category. Room was cleaned well and we had no complaints with any staff members. Basic hotel, but decent value for the price and good location near Hyde part and transportation services.

What we really liked about this hotel is the magnificent design of every single detail from entrance to the rooms design to the other facilities in the hotel. The hotel overall is super clean and taken care of, so when you enter the hotel, you will get the vibes of 5 start hotels and hotel apartments. On top of that, the hotel is located in a very nice area and 5 minutes walk from Undergroung station and sorrownded by all daily needs shops, restaurants and Coffee shops.

The staff was very friendly and oriented towards the client's needs. I had a request that they solved in an extremely professional way, I felt treated like a princess, and I appreciate that they managed to create an unforgettable stay for me in London. And...the size of the rooms is quite unexpected good for price i've payied and in general for London. The price-quality ratio is indisputably in their favor. They are definitely on my list of favorite hotels in London.

Hotel has a lovely feel to it from the moment you walk through the door. Very traditional English decor giving it a historical, luxurious vibe. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Bed & pillows were the comfiest I have ever slept in. Staff helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good value for money and a lot cheaper than most top end London hotels. Great location for being walking distance to restaurants, bars, theatres and also embankment and Southbank!

Just what we needed - clean, quiet rooms for one night, at a very reasonable price, within walking distance of the Albert Hall. What surprised me was how high spec this hotel was, and how roomy my room was; I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels in London, and this was by far the smartest, cleanest one I have ever stayed in. Also, the guy on reception was very friendly and humorous, which made a pleasant change. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a very good location for my needs on that visit. Close to Paddington Station with over ground and underground rail links and close to many eating places but not many food shops except some good stores on Paddington Station concourse. The price is reasonable for inner London hotels. Security felt good with a locked front door and a person usually sat in the office by the door. It was warm and the noise levels were quite low.

    1. The place was perfect for our family. We like to stay in places where there is a lounging/living room area and a kitchen; hence the preference for apartments over hotels. Loved the layout - two floors, entrance per floor, luggage storage under the stairs). 2. Ease of check in and check out. 3. Clean and comfortable. 4. Very responsive support even if not onsite. 5. Location was great.
