Person at front desk named Izzie was tremendous. Staff generally very helpful Hard to know whom to talk to about room cleaning issues however, or wanting to schedule room cleaning while out at a business meeting (needing room clear to work in after) Got great advice on getting cabs etc I do love the breakfasts, a highlight of the day there.

Transport in London is very easy, on time trains and buses.

Transport in London is very easy, on time trains and buses. London is a big city, but you can see much of it in a short time if you plan very good before departure. It is not cheap to stay in London, but if you avoid staying and eating in tourist areas it is not so bad. Very changing weather, from warm sunny till windy and rainy in short time. Very easy to walkaround in city, slso easy access to bicycles. My favorite place in London is area round Hyde Park and around westminster. Ate fish and chips, asian food and fast food. London bridge experience and British museum are a must.

I have been to London many times and I used to live there. You will never see it all in a lifetime! My advice is to plan your time but leave some space to explore the unexpected. Also, take the buses or walk. Things are close and you don't see where things are in relation to each other on the Underground.

    2 days isn't enough.

2 days isn't enough. Very easy to get around by public transport. Lots to see and do. Be mindful of petty crime - card skimming, pick pockets, phone theft. Be alert and you will most likely be fine. Just walking around Tower Bridge and St Katherines dock was a lovely walk, and the bridge takes on a different look/feel in the day vs night - so try both. I didn't expect the beautiful flowers everywhere - absolutely loved that about London!

train/subway systems take you everywhere, a little confusing, but if you ask, people are very helpful. If you have a credit card, you can just use tap to get in and out, at turnstile, you don't have to buy a ticket at the machine. you will be charged on exit. walking tours are excellent, lots of options there to choose from. recommend Scotts restaurant, excellent fish and food. very walkable city, lots to see and do

Very comfortable and clean, great staff.Rooms need abit more updating, no saving mirror in the bathroom, no mirror on the office desk to do your hair and make-up so had to either stand up in the bathroom or sit on the floor by the wardrobe. It would have been a good idea to have a hotel channel on the TV to promote all the hotels facilities, restaurant, breakfast, hire cars and what London has to offer.
