The Z Hotel Tottenham Court Road, hotel in London

Located in London, 656 feet from Carnaby Street, The Z Hotel Tottenham Court Road provides concierge services and free WiFi throughout the property.

My partner and I ended up booking this hotel last minute after our train was canceled, and we were pleasantly surprised! The price was really reasonable, and the room itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s true that the room was on the smaller side compared to others we’ve stayed in, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. The hotel is located in a nice, lively neighborhood with plenty to see and do, so you’re probably not going to spend much time in the room anyway. Overall, it was a great place to rest after a day out, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in a fun area!

London is a great place to visit for a short break, three days max. One to watch out for is the 12% bars and restaurants add to your bill. Though it isnt spoke of by the staff it is there to see at the bottom of the menu (in very small writing), and though it isnt obligatory to pay this surcharge most people do as they notice it being added to their bill.

Always good to visit London, we enjoy seeing the sights and theatre going. It is always amazing that there are also green areas to enjoy. This time we visited Portobello market which has the feel of a proper market that our previous favourite of Camden Lock has lost in it's redevelopment. Buckingham Palace was great to visit and see the state rooms. Traffic levels seem to have returned to the pre congestion charging levels which is a shame. We recommend using the bus to get around.

    What an exciting vibrant city.

What an exciting vibrant city. Easy to get around can escape to canals or parks all within walking distance of busy Oxford Street, Leister Square etc. something for everyone. It is possible to find comfortable affordable accommodation within easy access of exciting landmarks (personal experience and you do not have to pay for expensive hotels. Use the savings for sight seeing or shopping. Food prices all reasonable and many choices. I had fish and chips in Mayfair (snob) and price upper end of average pub price for food. Sorry had to do it !! Enjoy London on a budget or 5 star hotels something for all

We took the hop on hop off tour and it was very good, we got around most of the major sights in one day, the staff were all so helpful and it was a very good way to get all the sights in. Food and drink is expensive no matter where you go in the city centre Public toilets are hard to find but staff at most of the major sights are so helpful and will sort you out. Wear comfortable shoes !!

Having been to London many times wanted to be off the beaten trail. The Roman wall was great. Back street restaurants were excellent. Did the V&A for the first time in many years and enjoyed it. The view of this part of the Thames - Tower of London, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast always impressive. Crowds horrible - GO OFF SEASON!

I think the location is the best this place has to offer. I won't lie, the view from our window was stunning (see photo)! We could see the cathedral from our room. We stayed in a private room with 2 single beds & shared bathroom. Hostels in London, the majority, are pricey and not great but still cheaper than hotels. The room was a reasonable size and it had a sink which was great because the sinks in the toilets were pretty small and quite low so ours was good when it came to brush our teeth :)

Hotel is decent, near the Paddington tube station. It's not at all high end, but then it's also far cheaper than higher end hotels, and is still in a relative decent location close to the tube line and railway station. Rooms were quite small, but par for the course in London hotels of this category. Room was cleaned well and we had no complaints with any staff members. Basic hotel, but decent value for the price and good location near Hyde part and transportation services.

Location, price, cleanliness is a big one! I've stayed in the cheaper hotels in London and they have been horrible. This is the execption. Keep up the cleanliness and fair price. I will keep coming back. Great for lone travellers, maybe a couple of friends in town for a show or concert. I probably wouldn't stay here for a holiday with my family.

Nice bar and seating area. Lovely rooms. Exactly what you want from a central London hotel. Only cost £2 more than what Premier Inn and Travelodge wanted for their basic rooms. But, this was obviously 10x nicer.
