On site at Chelsea Football Club, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea Football Club is 5 minutes’ walk from Fulham Broadway Underground Station.

The staff went overboard to help us with our luggage. When we discovered we had the wrong adapter, staff brought the correct one to our room. We were only there two nights and could have made easy connections to the tube, but having an early excursion at Victoria Station, we decided taxi was best option. Staff assisted us with our luggage when leaving for Heathrow. Many restaurants in the area, though some close early. Also small grocery right across the street. Chelsea is not far from main London connections and easy access.

It is very easy to get aroun London, transportation is fantastic. I would avoid Stansted airport because is quite dislocated from town.

London is a vibrant city with a lot going on. During our 2 day stay we visited three exhibitions, went to a couple of markets and walked through Hyde Park. We were able to go to a free showcase at the London Opera House and had perfect meals. At the evenings we enjoyed a glass of wine with live music in a pub.

London is a big city, like NYC, LA, Shanghai, etc.

London is a big city, like NYC, LA, Shanghai, etc. That said, it also makes a perfect weekend getaway. We (family of four, all grown up) spent three nights over a weekend in October. It's not the first time for me, so I knew to curb my own appetite and picked some local spots. We focused on some history (Tower of London, a walk in St. James Park, and a glimpse of the Buckingham Palace) and some gastronomical tributes to both old and new London (jelly eels, wild games, and some old fashion Indian curry to more modern take of south asian cuisine from Sri Lanka). We especially enjoyed the visits to the many old markets (Borough Market, Spitalfields Market, etc.) and pubs. Who knows London is so charming when you take it in slow and relaxed.

A fantastic place, amazing it exceeded my expectations actually and especially the River Thames. It is not really a place for short stays and to travellers who are unable to afford longer stays I would recommend spending time trying to find budget places to stay and or frequent visits because it is a iconic place with amazing sights. Getting around London is great for public transport which is continuous and offers various options i.e. underground for speed and buses for sights Highly recommended.

Room is compact .. some would say too small perhaps, but for only 1 night it was perfectly fine. Room and bathroom was clean. Room was also perfectly quiet. Has a sweet little garden Although I did not have any, the breakfast looked nice but not many options. There are lots of options around this hotel for better breakfasts. Liverpool St is no more than 5 mins away and the new Elizabeth line means it's even more connected. If I need another stop over near the London office, will definitely consider staying here again.

-very conveniently located, and withing very close reach of shops, restaurants, public transport, and attractions -cheaper than nearby hotels -the host was friendly and responsive, and provided very clear instructions on how to check-in and out - very reasonable price for a flat in a decent street in Kensington - served the intended purpose of being somewhere to sleep and get ready during our stay in London. - basic toiletries provided - we didn't use the kitchen but it seemed fairly well-equipped, and the shower was clean

Location, price and clean. Directly across from the Liverpool Station offered a direct access on the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow and the Circle Line for sightseeing. It’s a short jaunt to the Tower of London, St Paul’s and the Tate. Bishop gate is a great neighborhood with dining choices in all price ranges. The hotel next door is at least 100 pounds more per night. Our room was small, clean and nicely appointed. It was the first available for a last minute requested early afternoon checkin.

The hotel is in a very good location for my needs on that visit. Close to Paddington Station with over ground and underground rail links and close to many eating places but not many food shops except some good stores on Paddington Station concourse. The price is reasonable for inner London hotels. Security felt good with a locked front door and a person usually sat in the office by the door. It was warm and the noise levels were quite low.

The location is perfect for exploring London - it's just north of Kensington Park. It's particularly perfect if you're traveling with a toddler, as we were, because of its proximity to the Diana Memorial Playground. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and the staff is accommodating and helpful. We liked the hotel so much that we stayed there at both ends of our England vacation, for multiple nights.

Location, price, cleanliness is a big one! I've stayed in the cheaper hotels in London and they have been horrible. This is the execption. Keep up the cleanliness and fair price. I will keep coming back. Great for lone travellers, maybe a couple of friends in town for a show or concert. I probably wouldn't stay here for a holiday with my family.

Great bed size queen, which is very hard to find in london hotels for a decent price. The room is small and the water pressure is okay but overall a great place to stay. The location, as described, was excellent. Just a brief walk to the tube, a Tesco right across the street for some forgotten items, and coffee and a post office nearby all helped. Also, this was one of the few hotels that we could find that would sleep three to a room without using a sofa bed.
