I was there for a medical appointment.

I was there for a medical appointment. Parking for the disabled is not free in London. I was dropped off exactly on time for my appointment and hubby parked in a nearby underground and safe car park. I was held up at the appointment as they were running late so it ran into 2 1/2 hours which cost us £30 for the parking. This is a third of our food bill for the week. The cost of fuel down to London and parking fees far outweighed the free 15 minute appointment I had. I wouldn’t do it again. If there was more for disabled people in London like mobility scooter hire drop off at car parks maybe? It would have been. Much more enjoyable stay and we would have stayed longer and seen more of London. Maybe some entrepreneurial company could do this. You hire out scooters, fully charged. We use them as far as we can, run out of charge you come to where we are, swap the scooter over and we hire another for a longer time, more money for the company. This way disabled/walking impaired people could possibly pay for cheaper parking outside London saving congestion in the city or park at their hotel, get a cab or public transport to a scooter drop off point. I can see this being valuable to the disabled or elderly traveller and sightseeing visitor. Makes sense. The longer we’re in London the more we will spend right! Come on London. Not every disabled person can bring their scooter down or find charging points whilst they eat or shop maybe. Not every disabled person has a scooter. I walk with crutches and can’t walk far. My husband has osteoarthritis and can’t walk far. Our visit would have been made 100% worth it had we had a fairly priced scooter hire. Wish I had the money to set it up for myself. I’d be a millionaire by Christmas. London has so much to offer why not offer it to the disabled more?

Great city, loads to do and see. Food and drink are expensive. Really enjoyed the Victoria market hall for food and the Thames Uber cruise. Take a tour of the Battersea Power Station and skyline. Brilliant.

The only downside was the weather and nobody can control that. We wre in London for the Elvis exhibition, viksted the Shard and Sky garden. Walked around the river side and Covent garden and had tickets for two shows all in effectively two days. Had no problems using the tube trains and all those we encountered were polites and kind, no trouble whatsoever.

I know London well and staying around Earl's Court is a great option for finding decent, clean accommodation and bargain prices if you can travel from Sunday night through to Wednesday. After which the prices tend to double and even quadruple.

Just what we needed - clean, quiet rooms for one night, at a very reasonable price, within walking distance of the Albert Hall. What surprised me was how high spec this hotel was, and how roomy my room was; I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels in London, and this was by far the smartest, cleanest one I have ever stayed in. Also, the guy on reception was very friendly and humorous, which made a pleasant change. I would definitely stay here again!

London is a lottery for accommodation… there’s a big difference between the good and not do good! Presidential Apartments is a high quality hotel that delivers on its promises. It’s very well managed with friendly and courteous staff at checkin and the rooms are rather large( on London standards) and are beautifully furnished with extremely comfortable beds.

The price seemed cheap compared to other hotels near the area (South Kensington, London) and we enjoyed very much our stay. The hotel was nicer than I expected, the lobby is comfortable and large, there is a starbucks inside, vending machine where we bought a convertor. The room we got was an ok size, small but at the same time organized.

Great location and excellent staff. Very helpful and courteous. Everything was nicely finished and well kept and very clean. Very quiet, good elevators. Located on a quiet street but still convenient and walkable to many London sights. Much nicer location than some of the other big hotels on crazy busy streets. Great breakfast buffet.

It was very cheap considering it is at the heart of London! The room was nice and efficient. Comfortable bed, nice TV, nice bathroom. Very suitable for a weekend. The location was PERFECT. In central London near everything. The check in was very fast. I have been to many hotels in the UK. This one had the easiest check in process.

Always stay here when in London. Easy check in at 2pm which is an hour earlier than other hotels. It’s a 15 min easy walk from Liverpool st station which is a hub for Stansted and Heathrow. Great location for walking to theatre land and attractions. Go for a tower view room if available. Great rooftop bar Always a winner

The location, as described, was excellent. Just a brief walk to the tube, a Tesco right across the street for some forgotten items, and coffee and a post office nearby all helped. Also, this was one of the few hotels that we could find that would sleep three to a room without using a sofa bed.

The apartment was clean and specious (compared to london hotels/apartments). Everything in the room was complementary (water, crisps, chocolate). This was very handy as one would arrive to the hotel tired and looking for a quick snack! The homemade batch products were absolutely AMAZING!

Welcoming check in by manager who personally showed us to our room. Spacious room with great views over London. Spacious and clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Not really anything to complain about, but compared to other 5 star hotels it just lacked that edge you expect.

Room was a nice temperature, a carton of real milk in the fridge was a nice touch, location right in the middle of Green Lanes couldn’t be beaten. I liked it. I use cheap hotels in London every week or two for work so I’ll be back if it remains at that price point.
