Excellent location with underground stations & bus routes very near. Just around the corner is Lower Marsh market, great selection of foods during the lunch hour. My room overlooked the railway tracks leading into and out of Waterloo Station. I though it might be noisy but turned out to be very quiet. The room is equipped with electronic shutters. Just a press of a button and you have a darkened room with no noise at all. Not much noise from other guests, a super peaceful night sleep in very comfortable bed. Excellent check-in procedure which can be done online although there are plenty of staff at check-in - very fast and efficient.

My home town but I go back as a tourist these days.

My home town but I go back as a tourist these days. Ever changing, great melting pot of the World. Fabulous city. Culture, history, food, nightlife, transport, too much to take in in a few days but even the short trips are worthwhile. Safe as any other big city you would go to, be wary but don't be scared, the people aren't as unfriendly as reported, they just move around quickly and have busy days.

I liked the london eye and I took the hop on and hop off bus and I was very satisfied. I saw from outside Buckingham palace, HOuse of Parliament, Westminster abbey, Downing street 10, Whitehall, London Tower. We walked through the James Part, and were around Hyde Park. The London eye and surrounding buildings were very nice at night where everything was lighted.

London is too large to find an appropriate time to stay there. A few days with prebooked attractions is the best way. So come again for further sightseeing. Many attractions must be prebooked to get a timeslot for the visit. Otherwise time is waisted by waitig in long queues

The staff was very helpful, letting me stow my luggage before checking in and after checking out. The breakfast was adequate, but not like the full English breakfast I've had on other trips to England. (However, apparently, very few B & B's and hotels are serving the full breakfast anymore, at least as a part of your room charge.) The location is very convenient with the proximity to the Victoria Coach Station and train station, making it very easy to get around London. Also, the cost for 6 nights in London was exceptional.

Hotel is decent, near the Paddington tube station. It's not at all high end, but then it's also far cheaper than higher end hotels, and is still in a relative decent location close to the tube line and railway station. Rooms were quite small, but par for the course in London hotels of this category. Room was cleaned well and we had no complaints with any staff members. Basic hotel, but decent value for the price and good location near Hyde part and transportation services.

Very comfortable and clean, great staff.Rooms need abit more updating, no saving mirror in the bathroom, no mirror on the office desk to do your hair and make-up so had to either stand up in the bathroom or sit on the floor by the wardrobe. It would have been a good idea to have a hotel channel on the TV to promote all the hotels facilities, restaurant, breakfast, hire cars and what London has to offer.

This hotel is two doors away from Aldgate tube! Ten minutes walk to the Tower of London. Spittlefields incredible markets are ten minutes away. The hotel is beautiful and clean and new. Staff were incredibly helpful. They gave me wine as it was my birthday. They stored our bags when we checked out. It was also cheaper than other hotels of a similar standard.
