A luxury hotel where everything was truly exceptional: the breakfast had incredible variety and everything was excellent, as was our light dinner. The view of Jakarta from the room was stunning. The staff were friendly, super professional yet also personable and fun, and the decor throughout was amazing. A luxury hotel with personality and style.

The room was very spacious, the view from the room was amazing, you can sky the skyline of Jakarta from there and the windows were quite wide and open which made the view even better .. the staff is amazing and really helpful .. the SPA was amazing as well, the facilities are so new so we could enjoy everything

Gaia Hotel Bandung asub Padasulis. Kohapeal on restoran, baar, ühine puhkeruum ja aed. Selles viietärnihotellis on toateenindus ja lasteklubi. The view is very wonderful and the place is charming, beautifully designed, elegant and luxurious. There is a variety of coffee types in the bar, and this is wonderful. I asked them to serve breakfast in the room and they agreed to this, not every hotel accepts this and this is great of them You can relax in the hotel and not leave it. The swimming areas and activities are varied and wonderful.

Room was spacious, clean. Breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Funny thing is that on breakfast there was no knife anywhere and staff had to bring it to the table on request. Best thing here are the staff which was very friendly and helpful to organize tour to Bromo and Tumpak waterfall. We actually extended our stay for 2 more nights.
