Beautiful and memorable resort and swimming pool water is almost like fresh water with no chlorine. Bed is comfortable. We dine at Hara for breakfast, dinner and the foods are delicious. Walk a bit further to the snorkelling spots and you can hand feed the endangered bird species. Snorkelling spots are frequented by lots of beautiful reef fishes and baby sharks.

Hotell Excelton asub Palembangis, Ampera sillast 7,6 km kaugusel. Hotellis on concierge, mittesuitsetajatele mõeldud toad ja spordikeskus.Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Excelton has become my go to hotel every time I visit Palembang now. The staff is outstanding, wouldn’t think that level of service would be available in Palembang. Room was perfect, cozy and the restaurant also serves lovely food. We had a bit of a problem regarding our food but the Chef himself helped us and served the problem right away, we’re very impressed with the service and decided to stay there again a week later.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend our sincere gratitude to the Cambridge Hotel for such a wonderful experience.

Huge, fully equipped, gorgeous rooms. They even set up my room on my birthday like a party: balloons, accesories, a special cake etc.

The staffs were very polite and friendly, and we had great food and ambiance while experiencing our last breakfasting at Nadi Coffee & Eatery👍 I also like the Lobby's atmosphere and also the interior design of the rooms.
