The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Its direct connection to the mall makes it incredibly convenient for guests, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Hotel just in the heart of city. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our early check-in request. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Centrally located, JW Marriott Hotel Medan offers accommodation with 55-inch LED TVs. It features an outdoor infinity pool, a 24-hour fitness centre, a spa and 6 dining options. Room was large and quiet with great bathroom and view of the city. Everything was comfortable. We found a welcome cake waiting for us along with a bowl of fruit. The breakfast is amazing - so many options to choose from. We had takeaway breakfast on our day of departure as we left early and this too was very good quality and quantity. The hotel is close to a large mall with lots of shopping options. Can highly recommend a stay at the Marriott Medan.

The staffs were very polite and friendly, and we had great food and ambiance while experiencing our last breakfasting at Nadi Coffee & Eatery👍 I also like the Lobby's atmosphere and also the interior design of the rooms.
