Located in the historic centre of Parma, Grand Hotel di Parma - UNA Esperienze is a 19-th-century building set in 10,000 m² of private grounds. The hotel is very nice in a historical building. Breakfast really excellent, the room spacious, comfortable and clean. The best thing is the kindness of staff, and in that sense a special thanks goes to Eilyn and Sofia for their kindness. It's sp good to see such customer oriented approach and so well executed.
