Arrived late Sunday night, too late for room service, was offered lasagna to get us by. Felt like we were family being offered a meal! Arrive late Sunday night, luggage didn’t make it until Thursday morning. Would not have received luggage at all if it were not for the heroic efforts by GM Vito and his staff. They were fantastic!

The restaurant staff were simply fantastic. The manager was so genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome every single night. A special shout-out to our waitress, Mikaela, who was the epitome of professionalism. She anticipated our every need and made each dinner a truly delightful experience. And to the entire kitchen team and chef, thank you for the delicious and creative menus that kept us excited for dinner each evening! Our personal highlight was definitely the spa. The essential oil baths were next level, and we can't thank Federico enough for creating such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. He is a true star, and we will absolutely be back to Hotel Tofana just for his amazing spa treatments. Thank you again to the entire team for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay feel so special.

Our stay at VISTA Verona was exceptional from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the accommodation was beyond our expectations — beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed. We also enjoyed the hotel’s spa, which was relaxing and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of high-quality products. One evening we even had a drink on the terrace before heading out to dinner, which made for a perfect start to the night.
