The hotel was amazing, the room was very spacious and nicely decorated, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely polite and nice and there was also a nice breakfast included.

From the moment you enter the lobby, you know you’re somewhere grand. The reception from the staff is top notch. The lobby is beautiful with stunning floral displays. The staff are incredibly polite and helpful. Always smiling even when they’re working very hard, and they do a lot of that. Our room, 536, was a corner room with incredible views out two sides.The breakfast buffet, even for a strict vegetarian, was delicious. The lounge on the second floor had completely beverages and snacks, both sweet and savoury, all day long. Excellent bonus. You are also permitted to use their other hotel lounge which is a few minute walk away, on the fifth floor, with stunning 360 degree views.
