The hotel is beautiful, stylish, with an immaculate attention to detail demonstrated throughout. The team was attentive to our needs from our initial greeting to when we were leaving. The pool area is beautiful, quiet and all of the areas ooze quality, sophistication and refinement. We'll definitely be back and really can't thank the team enough.

The location of the riad is excellent – close enough to reach the vibrant heart of the Medina within minutes, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy calm and privacy whenever desired. From here, we could easily access all the cultural highlights, restaurants, and markets Marrakech has to offer.

Our departure was at 7am but they made sure we had coffee and packed our breakfast to take away.We appreciated this very kind gesture. Will definitely recommend Riad Merzouga to family and friends in South Africa. Rashid even entertained us with banjo music to which we clapped along and danced.
