The beds were so comfortable. The shower was great! The staff were so helpful & friendly. The restaurant had amazing breakfast & coffee. One of our favorite hotels we have stayed in!

The facilities were beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully appointed with everything necessary. The beach is close (a little walk with a bit of slope to it but really not bad at all), and the beach was lovely. It was my first time in Zihuatanejo, and it was fantastic.

Everything was wonderful. The two pools were sparkling and very well maintained. The staf were all hard workers who went out of their way to make sure we wanted nothing.
