Personnel is professional and helpful, and the cuisine is at its very least splendid. The shoppingmall on the second floor is a real treat. Staff was welcoming and very helpful, the check in and check out process was seamless. Casino hotels normally have smokey smell lingering but this one had that in check, the lobby area and guest area was smelled nice. Probably the best hotel gym in the metro!

Situated in the heart of Makati Central Business District, Raffles Makati features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and business centre. It was very nice. I like the atmosphere and especially the stuff was really friendly from the start to the end of staying. I will come back again!
