They also go above and beyond by allowing early check-in before the standard time, ensuring maximum comfort. The staff are incredible—always smiling and maintaining their composure even during busy periods. They remain attentive to every request, no matter how crowded it gets. Even the security team warmly greets you, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, their in-room service is a must-try, especially the Pancit Canton and Halo-Halo. I find myself craving these dishes every time I return home. Conrad Manila truly sets the bar high, and it’s always a pleasure to stay here.

We stayed in a Japanese room last time so chose the Deluxe this time. Both rooms have different qualities, and it is hard to choose one over the other. The marble bathrooms are stunning!!

The room we had was fantastic & value for money. Its like living in our own apartment in the heart of BGC. The hotel is located near Bonifacio high street & various mall. A good exercise for walking. The breakfast we had was also awesome. The had great choices. I wish there was a Filipino porridge available ''arroz caldo'' but however they made up by cooking several pasta dishes which was also delicious! I also like the ''TAHO'' & Ube puto they had. The hotel staff was hospitable & we felt special.

Staff was welcoming and very helpful, the check in and check out process was seamless. Casino hotels normally have smokey smell lingering but this one had that in check, the lobby area and guest area was smelled nice. Probably the best hotel gym in the metro!

Situated in the heart of Makati Central Business District, Raffles Makati features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and business centre. Breakfast was great. The service was amazing. We are from Fiji (known for our friendliness) but the service at Raffles Makati exceeded our expectations.
