Very nice design, every single detail has been thought through. Amazing staff, polite and very helpful also in the amazing cocktail bar!

Appelgren House Hotel Boutique offers accommodation in Puerto Natales. Rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Mountain and sea views are featured in all rooms. Fantastic boutique hotel outside of the busyness of the town (10 min. away by car from bakeries and restaurants). Parking at the hotel and in town was easy. The hotel is new and has beautiful views and homy interior. Our room was spacious and comfortable and with a view 😊. The owner gave us great recommendations. He helped us with all the bookings (car, excursions, restaurants). Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this hotel.

Located 50 metres from the main square and 100 metres from Magallanes museum, Hotel José Nogueira offers free Wi-Fi and buffet breakfast in Punta Arenas. This property is beautiful. The building feels. And is historical. It has been sensitively restored and the fact that it's small really makes it feel like you are staying in a grand dwelling from years ago The fact that there is a museum in the building which guests have free access to, is a massive added bonus The hotel is right in the centre of punto arenas right beside the central square, so it's really handy to everything The staff were really helpful and friendly The rooms are a little small, but they are well equipped, and I think it's just a factor of the maintenance of the original layout. This is definitely not a corporate standard chain hotel, which I love

Feb 2024 stay - 3 days total (split stay, 2 different rooms) $1000/day included Bkf, boxed lunch, Din. Wonderful stay. Description as promised. Not 5 star (regarding rooms) but tries to be, which is okay because you are there for a hiking/outdoor experience, not a glamourous pampering. Small mistakes here and there, but staff always worked to resolve in my favor. Purchased horseback riding (twice) - great time, but horses so well trained; if been on horse once before, then consider yourself an expert. Dinners were extremely good. All staff every accommodating. In 3 days, no problems unresolved. Only negative would be King beds are really 2 double beds pushed together. Stayed 1 night at Hotel Lago Gray (for convenience to Cat) and this place much better.
