Located in an amazing old stable. you feel the pulse of the stable in every item you see and touch. really marvelous design work was done. the combination of wood and leather is extraordinary. Service is great (yet too many people takes care of you...) location is perfect, few minutes from the busy area and easy to reach with a car. take into account there is a valet service and cost of 30-40E per night Fitness is very good , havent tried the SPA room is perfect, wide and convenient , much more than regular hotel room. you get to feel the luxury

El Hôtel & Spa Le Bouclier D’or está ubicado en un edificio del siglo XVI en el histórico barrio de La Petite France, a 5 minutos andando de la catedral de Estrasburgo. Personal extremadamente amable y pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Especialmente la chica que nos atendió, incluso salió a la calle para darnos indicaciones de cómo movernos y nos compartió consejos para disfrutar al máximo nuestra estancia

Este hotel boutique ecológico está ubicado frente a la estación de tren TGV de Estrasburgo, a solo 1,7 km del centro de la ciudad y a 5 minutos a pie del pintoresco barrio de Petite France. la ubicación del hotel es excelente, está muy cerca al centro historico, hicimos turismo caminando, hay restaruantes y bares muy cerca y la estación del tren justo en frente. Normalmente el sector de la gare en las ciudades no es el mejor sector, pero la verdad en Strasbourg hay una excepción. El desayuno en el hotel es delicioso, hay variedad de pastelería y zumos, una verdadera delicia.

Au Grenier à Sel Colmar se encuentra en Colmar, a pocos pasos del centro y a 4 min a pie de Casa de las Cabezas, y ofrece alojamiento con equipamiento como wifi gratis y TV de pantalla plana. Location, clean,spacious,tasteful decor, all amenities ,additional detail to things like a bottle of Brut to welcome. The best in 7 places we stayed in a 5 wk Europe trip. Well worth recommending to any who can climb the stairs to 4th floor to this gem. Such an excellent stay!

El Les Chambres - Au Grès du marché está situado en el centro histórico, en el corazón de los Vosgos del norte, a 100 metros del castillo de la Petite Pierre, y ofrece un restaurante y conexión WiFi... I don't even know how to start expressing the enthusiasm after staying in this place. First of all, the pictures do not do it justice. In real life, the place is much more beautiful than the pictures. The property is so beautifully designed and arranged and it's a mixture of very modern design with traditional/keeping it's origins. Beautiful! Spotless clean! There is also a common area on the ground floor, to hang out, and a fully equipped kitchen (with a big fridge). There is also a coffee machine and tea maker. In the area there aren't many options for grocery shopping, as the place is rather remote, so, make sure you come prepared in case you do not want to eat out. There are restaurants opened in the village center, in case the restaurant from the hotel is not opened. Oh, and the other shops in the village and around usually open around 10:00 (la boulagerie though, was opened around 06:00 or 07:00 - I cannot remember exactly as I was blinded by the tastiness of those amazing gorgeous products that I purchased from them, hehehehe). The breakfast was soooooo delicious. And the croissants....divine! There was also a huge range of local honey and local jams (all absolutely amazing). The bread was perfection as well. Another thing that I found amazing was the how the owner would switch from speaking French, to speaking English, to speaking German! There are plenty of things to do in and around this little gem of a village, so I would definitely return for a longer stay, to also go hiking around the area.
