The hotel is newly built, all the equipments are very modern & beautiful. They use an app for no-waiting check-in & you can request 2h early check-in (1pm) with 1,500 yen. There are luggage room with locks to use if you come early. The room is very clean with newly furnitures & comfortable beds. Room is spacious and bigger than Japan standard. On top of being a very cool place with great staff and well located it had a bar with great coffee and drinks and also 1 min walk a way (in another KABIN) it had a GYM to use.

The hotel is close to the main street which is convenient to move around, but its not close to any Kyoto landmark. The hotel staff is very professional and respectful towards the guests. The rooms are great and very comfy, If a occasion comes to visit Kyoto again, I will book this hotel again.
