It is an amazing place with helpful staff, the surroundings are so beautiful, and the view on Mt Fuji was the best I’ve seen. (If she shows herself). Would recommend, it’s really peaceful around the hotel.

They provided shuttle service from the station to the hotel, making our arrival stress free. The complimentary e-bike rental was a great bonus for exploring the area. From my room, I enjoyed a stunning view that made the stay even more memorable. I highly recommend booking the private onsen, it was an incredibly relaxing and unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at!

From the moment we arrived the hotel took our breath away even before we saw our room. I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Boasting a view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Maruei feature warmly decorated Japanese-style rooms and is located a 15-minute bus ride from Kawaguchiko Train Station. Absolutely exceptional! The hotel is right on the lake. Free shuttle bus from and to the station. Location with fantastic views of Mt. Fuji - there is a gorgeous park a 2-minute walk away with an amazing view and also a roof top platform as well. Dinner was a feast, amazing traditional breakfast as well. Wonderful service. Very quiet and rejuvenating stay!

View and bedroom was phenomenal. Sauna was very nice and private tub was amazing. Staff was super attentive and ensured we had a wonderful experience.

So beautiful and calm, the staff was incredible kind and attentive and the food was delicious. I would absolutely recommend this place to relax, especially after a long trip.
