I am a frequent traveler and this was one of the best experiences I had lately.The staff is very friendly.The hotel is cosy, unique and comfortable, conveniently located.It is like a small museum and I bought some nice artifacts.Very happy with my stay.

Wonderful vibes of a small and quaint hotel, but with walking access to the community and many dining options. Restaurant delicious, both for breakfast and dinner. Service phenomenal, friendly and helpful. Reserved tour to see whales and snorkeling, and relaxing massages in spa.

It is a gorgeous property and the management and staff are professional, attentive and accommodating, I especially thank the manager Julien for his patience with me in solving a little problem with my booking. I am going back soon, and I can not wait. I enjoyed the food, the drinks, the fabulous lounges, the pool, and fantastic beach!

Our family of six loved every single thing about Puertas Paraiso! Extra care goes into every tiny little detail and all of the staff here welcome you and treat you like family. The food was authentic, healthy and so delicious. The grounds were immaculate. The rooms were superb. If I could give 11 /10 stars in every category I would… especially the staff- they go above and beyond!!
