Roger did everything to help us. He spoke very good English and provided everything we needed. He organised transport to the historic sites and back, provided spiritual show in the evening, basically everything. The hotel is small, we counted just 6 bungalows, which also made it very special. Room was also very nice, comfortable bed, good climate control, first class amenities.

We had a fabulous stay; room was king with view and the view was spectacular. The king room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious also. Breakfast was beautiful, cannot fault. Staff in dining room went above and beyond to meet our needs in the coffee department. We walked into town but taxied back, as the altitude was hard. Definitely stay here again.

Part of Tierra Viva Hotels Chain, this property is located in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, 60 km from the centre of Cusco and only 11 km from Ollantaytambo, the starting point to explore... I loved the place! The service was super kind, beautiful view, easy to find, great breakfast, good shower and bed. I highly recommend!!
