We stayed at Arco Phuket Town for two nights as a family of four (2+2) and it was a fantastic experience. Everything was at a very high level and exactly as described in the offer. The hotel's design is stunning and modern. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also loved the outdoor pool - it’s beautiful and was a big hit with the children. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the charming Old Town. A special mention regarding the breakfast: it is served à la carte, but it’s absolutely delicious and very fresh. Even though it’s not a buffet, the portions are satisfying and you can definitely eat your fill. The staff were professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for more!

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was pure bliss from start to finish. Nestled right on the beach, it offered the perfect combination of serene surroundings and breathtaking beauty. The lush greenery everywhere was so refreshing, and you could feel the tranquility in every corner of the resort. One of our favorite things was the incredible array of sun beds and hammocks scattered along the beach and shaded under trees. Each one was designed for ultimate relaxation, making it easy to lose track of time while simply soaking in the peace. The staff made sure everything was perfect, keeping the grounds immaculate and attending to every detail with such warmth and care. We loved our room, too! It was filled with thoughtful touches like daily-refilled water bottles (sustainability win!), cozy bathrobes, a handy beach bag, and even little hedgehogs to brush off sand after a day on the beach. Plus, the fresh coffee provided in-room was fantastic—no instant here! This hotel is a true paradise, where everything just aligns to create an unforgettable experience. We left feeling recharged, relaxed, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a heavenly escape by the sea!

Big and specious! Very nice for big joint families. Big pool which where very popular amongst the children. But above all els, the staff really blew everyones minds away. Super friendly, almost always aviable for us. Free driving services to whatever we wanted (shopping trips/avtivities and such). Very happy with choosing the angel pool villa.
