We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the mountain and it felt like an amazing oasis with our own private hot springs in the clouds. I could have stayed forever! It was so beautiful that we never went downstairs to try the larger facilities. The breakfast buffet both mornings was fantastic and the woman cooking was very helpful at explaining everything in English to my daughters.

Breakfast was insanely extensive; never seen anything like it. Great! And the children's area was the highlight of the whole trip for my son. The pools were delightful.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and helpful, even the two men outside in the carpark waved and smiled at us brightly every time we walked by. The room is gorgeous and very comfortable. The public onsen was very relaxing. We go to onsens frequently in Japan so we know the etiquette (shower/wash before entering and making sure hair doesn’t touch the water). We really appreciated that they explain the rules so that other people know to shower before entering. Breakfast was also delicious!

The building is in the middle of the rice fields, the surrounding is quiet and beautiful, unfortunately it was raining all the time when we stayed there. The glass room is spacious. The villa was beautiful and the surroundings were amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful as well. The dinner and breakfast was really yummy and value for money. I wished I had stayed there longer.
