This 4-star hotel is located in the center of downtown San Antonio right along the River Walk. This luxury hotel features a tropical courtyard with outdoor pool and a restaurant. It was close to everything, right on the river, and the staff were so friendly & helpful in suggesting things to do and see. The pool was so peaceful and quiet, a very nice place to relax and have dinner. The bar had nice coffee and drinks in the evening. The rooms were amazing and comfortable and the cleaning staff were so nice and helpful. By the end of our stay, we knew almost everyone's name and they knew us! Definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully we can come back in the future!

Arrived for a 3 day stay in the hotel. It was ok. the hotel is fairly in good maintenance and has a lot of utilities. the prices are sometimes a bit high but considering Austin it was more than ok. parked on the street for free. not walkable.

The check in staff were friendly and very accommodating. The bellman was exceptionally nice and helpful. The accommodations were extremely nice and comfortable. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Our server was Larry and we enjoyed him. The hotel is pricey but we enjoyed it. Hope to stay there again sometime.
