We liked everything. We had an amazing overnight stay at Al Marmoon Oasis Camp. The traditional tent décor was beautiful, and the hospitality from the team, in particular Tajaldin Ibrahim, Hamza, and Mahmoud was exceptional. Hamza’s warm welcome and Taj’s attentive care made us feel right at home. Mahmoud went above and beyond by driving us directly to the next hotel, which was a huge help with our two kids. The camp activities were fantastic, from the Bedouin greeting with rose water to camel rides, falconry, and traditional Emirati cuisine. We especially enjoyed the luqaimat and the stargazing session. The sunrise camel ride and Bedouin breakfast were the perfect end to our stay. Highly recommended for a unique and memorable family experience.

We arrived very early morning into the hotel (by metro from the airport). It was really hot, but it was easy to find (cca 10-15 minutes from the metro station). The receptionist welcomed us with a huge smile and it was great to experience the hospitality. We checked in quickly and an amazing room was assigned to us on floor 4. Until we waited for our room, we had a nice coffee and also Yasmin, the manager came and also welcomed us very kindly😊 The room was amazing! The cleaning team (Ali - I apologies if I miss to mention someone who also did a great job during our stay - and all of the team members were invisible, only the result was visible) came every day and made an awesome job! We really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 6th floor with the fantastic view to the “most beautiful building on earth”! We tried all the restaurants (Ernst was the favorite😊), Bars and the room service as well. All were genius and covered all the flavor what we loved! I would like to mention the Breakfasts! The ladies, who welcomed us every morning were amazing! Very kind, very patient, very organized. Fresh omlette and shakshuka was really delicious every day, but everything very nice and delicious (bread pudding was one of the best😊) We also lost our cell phone in a taxi, but Frances and the security team helped us a lot to file a claim, to get the taxi plate number and to get the phone back within 2 hours! Obviously RTA was also very supportive, so a huge thanks for everyone once again. I had no doubt that we will get it back, it was only the question of time! We met with Royal Adventures in the lobby via Zohaib, who provided us a very kind support (tickets, tours) So I would like to say a huge thanks for all the Hotel employees for their kindness and hospitability what we never experienced before during our travels (different countries). We will try to go back, I am sure, so hopefully we will see everyone again soon!

The bed was very comfortable, with warm blankets and soft pillows, and the tent was spotlessly clean. Although the bathroom was outside the tent, it was well-constructed and kept very clean, so it wasn’t an issue at all. The food service was excellent, and we were very impressed with the quality. However, do note that the nights and mornings were very cold, so be prepared! One thing to consider is that the adventure activities, like the Red Dune Safari, dune bashing, and sandboarding, were about 1.5 hours away from the camp. While everything was well-organized, the travel time back and forth took quite a bit of time. Next time, I’d ask for more detailed information beforehand to better plan the activities. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with minor adjustments needed for activity planning. Highly recommended for those looking for a luxurious desert experience!
