The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming – they went above and beyond to help us, even finding a pharmacy when we weren’t feeling well. Truly exceptional service in a spectacular setting. The place was clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a problem with hot water and they came immediately and fixed it.
